The surface pavement of most city is by cement, asphalt , concrete, brick and ceramic floor ties and other
impervious material. It is airtight and watertight design and caused surface to lose function in water absorption,
infiltration and retention. It lead to the loss of water evaporation of latent heat and fail in climate regulate
function. It generates city heat island effect and results in high temperature, heavy rain flooding, and land
subsidence problems. The effective solution, the easy and specific using high permeable pavement material and
trench cover implementation to improve community and city environment.
