You are sitting on top of the tank car with a 4 gas indicator and your initial readings are 0 for CO, H2S and LEL. O2 reads 21.9%. A few minutes later you have 0 for CO, H2S and LEL and 20.9% O2. </li></ul><ul><li>Is the atmosphere safe to breath? </li></ul>
