3. 1. Muscle Strength
• The force within a muscle.
• Measured by the absolute maximum
weight that we can lift, push or press in
one effort.

4. 2. Muscle Endurance
• The ability to perform repeated
muscular effort.
• Measured by counting how many
times you lift, push, or press a
given weight.

5. 3. Flexibility
• The range motion around specific
joints
• Examples of flexibility include the
stretching you do to touch your
toes.

6. 4. Cardiovascular Endurance
• The ability of the body to sustain prolonged
rhythmic activity.
• It is achieved by aerobic exercise, any activity, such
as brisk walking or swimming, in which the amount of
oxygen taken into the body is slightly more than, or
equal to, the amount of oxygen used by the body.

• The relative amount of fat and lean tissue
(bone, muscle, organs, water) in the body.
