Barbara Kruger is an artist known for her use of bold black and white photographs with red text overlays. text to do this. She uses photograph for the
images what she sometimes puts into a
collage to stand out yet again like in this
image. The image portrays quite an angry
mood as it is showing 2 sides of somebody
then uses the word ‘battleground’ what
could show that the person is in war with
herself. Barbara is trying to convey the
message of, not everyone is as innocent as
first seen some people have two sides and
are constantly fighting between them two
sides. This message conveys in today's
society as people are the same as they
were back then and not all as innocent as
first proven.
