Copyright
The movie will have to comply with copyrights such as anything that is used in the film that is
branded will have to have permission from the brand itself so that we don’t get sued for breaching
copyright. If we have to use a brand name in the movie and they say no then we will have to use a
substitute.
Ethical
Decency
We will have to consider the decency in the movie as if there are inappropriate images and scenes
then the advert will have to be shown later on at night but seen as the target market is a younger
age then we will have to make sure that there are no rude parts of a person.
Representation
Race
we will have to consider race as we can’t decimate against any race of people as otherwise it will
offend people and make other people think of a bad stereotype. So we should not represent anyone
any race doing anything that will offend people of the same race.
Sex
We can’t be sexist in anyway at all we can’t have any sexist scenes, but if we try and have sexual
humour we have to be very careful as someone might take it the wrong way and may even sue us
for it. But as we are not using actors or actresses then this should not be a problem.
