1. Fizzy drinks Inc.
I have been asked to create an advert for fizzy drinks Inc. I will be using my own research for the
advert by looking at adverts on the internet and the TV. I have a £4,000 budget in order to create the
advert and for other advertising. I will be creating the advert primarily for YouTube but it can also be
for normal internet adverts on webpages. In addition, I will have to consider that I am working alone
and I will have to do all the filming, the sound and all the editing by myself the way I will be
presenting the advert as an movie but with a few bits of animation so I may need a film camera.
I will create the advert which will be between 30 and 60 second and will be on a loop I may also
create a static advert for other webpages and it will be an interactive advert all with a video camera
and I will have to convert the file in to a .MOV for the YouTube advert. As I wanted to do a flash
animation but I have to do a real camera but I can incorporate bits of animation.
My target audience will be people who are into sports that are aged 10+ because my the product
will be a new type of energy drink that will be sugar free and will have real fruit juices which is good
as normal energy drinks are full of sugar, artificial colours and other preservatives and are only
available to older aged teenagers which restricts the market in which it will be sold, but as the new
energy drink they have produced it will be available to younger teenagers as its doesn’t rely on sugar
to get a high the younger people will have a natural rush that is better and more healthy than
artificial sugars they use.
Camera man‐ will operate the camera and get the shots needed.
Sound man‐ will record sound for the sounds that are there or they will add a song over the top.
Editor‐ will filter through all the footage and combine the best shots and converting the file type.
Animation editor‐ will edit real life footage and then put animation overlay or convert real life
images in to cartoon images and then animate.
Director‐ will decide where the shots are taken and what will happen in each shot.
Actors – will be the subject and will be included in the shots taken they may be faceless or have their
faces showing.
