I am highly organized, confident, innovative, a graduate of Hospitality Management Technology with the passion
for delivering excellent customer service seeking a job in customer service. I have excellent communication,
leadership and teamwork skills, gained through high level work roles on Polytechnic Societies, events planning
and customer service work experience. I am looking to apply and further develop these skills.

Planning: At the department in school was needed when organizing several different events at the
same time aimed at large numbers.
Organization: Organized a special seminar for youth on campus on dangers of pre marital sex,
which attracted different student from different department in the school, a guest speaker was
invited for the event.
Teamwork: Working with other executives of the department requires effective teamwork to
ensure that goals and objectives are achieved.
