In a JV deal, there is usually a 50% split of the venture profit if any. RAL will cover all costs and a discretionary fund is given to partner where they
can draw from to get a project started in their manner. This gives the JV some say when it comes to spending on the release.
Distribution Deal
RAL is only responsible for distributing the music/video asset to physical and online retailers. RAL will not cover any of themarketing or promotion
costs. All costs are the responsibility of the artist. The label will only get a distribution fee between 10% – 20% of the sale. At times, RAL offers label
services for an additional fee. This is a no risk deal.
Direct Signings
When an artist is signed directly RAL, RAL provides an advance to the artist which should always be no more than what the label feels they can
recoup. Other costs include recording cost, manufacturing, marketing, promotions, advertising, hair and makeup, and travel for live performances.
RAL incurs all financial risk.
Recorded Music
RAL is involved in the recording process. During this time they also must verify and compensate all producers, side artist and publishers (if a song
sample is used in any given track). All samples must be cleared with the publisher before a track can be released. Once the process is completed, the

Persuasive Essay On Memory Cycle
Oh no, your bicycle has a loose gear! You must wait for the Department of Bicycle Repairs to come and fix it. Have a memory of fixing a bicycle? If
so, you can do it yourself, and save the hassle of waiting for them to come. Skip your next turn if you don't have the memory.
Your family temporarily cares a sick newchild, who you have bonded with for over a year. Now, what if you found out the newchild was going to get
released the following morning? Have a memory of death? If so, with your understanding of what will happen to the child, you can devise a plan, and
try to save the newchild's life. If you don't have the memory card, then the poor baby got released, and you must put all your memory cards in the
discard pile.
You got caught riding your sibling's bicycle before you turned nine! Go back one space.
On your journey to Elsewhere, it begins to snow. You are freezing to death and all you have is a jacket to keep you, and the baby you are with warm.
Have a memory of sunshine? If so, you can use the memory to give warmth for a short amount of time for the both of you. If you don't have this
memory, then the both of you will freeze to death.
You accidentally fly a jet full of cargo over the community! You got arelease strike for breaking the rule. Keep this card to keep track of how many

The Gucci Mane Conspiracy
After his release from prison in 2016, the conspiracy that Gucci Mane is a clone rose due to leaving his "trap" lifestyle behind, picking up a new,
sophisticated lifestyle, and how he will not confirm nor deny the allegations. To this day, there is still a lot of buzz in the air that the Gucci that was
released in 2016 is not the same Gucci that was incarcerated in 2013.
Previous to his arrest, Gucci Mane became notorious for living and glamorizing the "trap" lifestyle, a lifestyle heavily influenced by and involved
with drugs. From songs like Breakfast (Trap God), a song with lyrics "I smoke weed for breakfast / I drink lean for breakfast / I take mollies, I take
xannies, I can't eat no breakfast" (Genius, Breakfast) , and Lemonade, with lyrics "I'm moving slow cause codeine syrup's in my lemonade / I'm
standing in the shade and I'm selling lemonade". (Genius, Lemonade) After his release from Prison 3 years later, Gucci left behind his drug induced
lifestyle and turned his life around to better himself, his career, and the people around him. In Gucci's autobiography, he describes how he changed
for the better, "I looked different from the man in my September mugshot." (Mane 249) He also adds to the credibility of his new and improved
lifestyle with the lyrics from the hit single Perfect Pint, produced by Mike Will Made It featuring Rae Sremmurd and Kendrick Lamar, Gucci rhymes

Essay Review of the Band Periphery and Their Album Clear
Periphery–Clear Review Periphery is a band well known in the metal community as one of the pioneers of the djent/progressive metal movement.
They have gained a loyal and sizeable fanbase through their previous two releases, Periphery and Periphery II: This Time It's Personal, as both
albums were very innovative and successful. Clear is Periphery's latest EP, released on 1/28/2014, via Sumerian Records. This EP is a uniquerelease,
and deviates from the standard Periphery releases in that instead of every Periphery member working on this record together, each member individually
works on one song and the album is basically a collection of these tracks. Periphery has stated that this release is meant to be experimental, and not a ...

"Pale Aura" is my favorite track off Clear and one of my favorite Periphery songs of all time, as everything from the vocals, the instrumentals, to the
mood of the track are pieced together so well that it gives me chills. As a whole, there's really not much to complain about the E.P, as each member
did a tremendous job in their respective tracks, and the production work is unbelievably well done. Lyrical work on Clear is similar to the
musicianship on each track: different yet coherent. Although only four of the tracks have vocals, and the lyrics are all written by different
people, each member of Periphery is so talented that none of the songs portray a drop in lyrical quality. My favorite song lyrically would have to
be "Feed the Ground", as the lyrics are so unique yet interesting. "Shots fired and I've got a fucking reason, To suffocate when the breath leads to
treason, cut the ties, collect what's mine, burn everything to the fucking ground." However, the lyrics on "Pale Aura", "The Parade of Ashes", and
"The Summer Jam" are awesome as well, each fitting the mood and atmosphere of the tracks. Overall, Clear by Periphery is a very impressive
album, as we are able to hear each individual member's music style and understand the band a lot better. Although this is just an experiment for the
band, it produced some of my favorite Periphery tracks of all time such as "The Summer Jam", "Feed the

Participatory Fandoms
Many American markets today are filled with apathetic consumers who demonstrate a lack of concern for authenticity and originality. " Consumerism
is built on building blocks laid down in industrial modernity: progress, designed obsolescence, dismissal of the past unless rendered as nostalgia, a
utopian sheen projected onto technology, commodity and product." (Neimeyer, 212) Nostalgia is this utopian sheen, which almost all consumers seem
to prefer above overt realism. The environment for resale value has never been better. Speculative merchandising, including DLC sales and
crowdfunding campaigns, is a product of this constant demand for intellectual material. Originally, a product was only sold once it had reached
completion, but not even that is required any more. Especially in the gaming industry, things are sold before they are completed and consumers often
pay full price for products that may be incomplete or dysfunctional. It is not recommended for companies to release ... Show more content on

The willingness for rapid reproduction comes from the culture of participatory fandoms. People become enthralled with specific franchises and
cinematic universes, and wait hungrily for any form of iteration of their favorite one. There are many different ways in which people participate and
cooperate with each other through fandoms. Some people may join facebook groups or online message boards and threads that relate to their
favorite media. Some people may even go as far as reaching out to the people who develope their favorite franchises and ask for more if they feel
they are being neglected. There is high demand for repetitive releases that cater specifically to nostalgic advertising. A shorter release gap and high
demand on means one thing, the potential for monetary success in a market with this many dedicated consumers is

Christopher Edwin Breaux Research Paper
Christopher Edwin Breaux was born on October 28 1987 in Long Beach, California. When he was about five years old, his family moved to New
Orleans, Louisiana. When Breaux was young he would go around doing neighborhood chores to earn money to rent studio time to work on music he
was creating. The first type of music he was exposed to was through his mother's CD's of Celine Dion and Phantom Of The Opera. After Hurricane
Katrina hit in 2005, Breaux moved to Los Angeles to continue working on music where he earned a songwriting deal and began writing music for
artists such as Justin Bieber, John Legend, and Beyonce. In 2009, he changed his name to Frank Ocean and joined a hip–hop collective group named
Odd Future and met Tyler The Creator, a rapper,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is most noticeable in the song "White Ferrari" where Ocean sings in a rhythm that sounds almost identical to the popular song "Here, There, and
Everywhere" by The Beatles. The album starts off with "Nikes," a slow, hypnotic song, featuring high pitched vocals from Ocean, and a very dreamy
sound, somewhat creating a mood for the rest of the album. The next songs, "Ivy" and "Pink and White," are polar opposites about love, where in
"Ivy," Ocean talks about how he failed to keep a relationship going on, and in "Pink and White" he sings about intimate love and good long–term
relationships. The album also contains skits like "Be Yourself" where Frank's mother leaves a phone call for him telling him not to consume alcohol,
not to get in the car with someone who has consumed alcohol, or is impaired by smoking marijuana, and a skit called "Facebook Story," about a man
who lost his wife because he didn't friend her on Facebook. Although short, this skit has a powerful message: social media can and will destroy
long–built relationships with somebody you love.
The highlights of the album come from songs like "Solo," a gospel influenced song with somewhat of an Adele influence. "Godspeed" is another
heavily gospel–influenced song where Ocean proves strong his abilities as a singer with a very strong vocal performances and a basic piano
instrumental. (It should be recognized that gospel–influenced music was

I Wear The Black Funeral Analysis
Villain or Just Human? I sometimes find myself asking if villains truly exist, and what they would look like if they did. Would they be petty
nuisances, or a dark force slowly eating away at society? There are very few people that could fit this title, but in "Electric Funeral," a chapter in I
Wear the Black Hat: Grappling with Villains (Real and Imagined), Chuck Klosterman, a best selling author, details what some of these villains of
today are: different types of technocrats. The three "villains" he mainly focuses on are Perez Hilton, Kim Dotcom, and Julian Assange, who each
varies greatly on the spectrum of their acts. Hilton is a blogger who primarily focuses on celebrities and likes to post photoshopped pictures along with

Social media can do the same, but WikiLeaks has a reputation for publishing the truth. The worst thing about this information is that no one has
really stopped him or any of this staff from not releasing new documents. WikiLeaks is a little radical, as it shares anything and everything without
mercy. A possible solution to ease up Wikileaks aggressive nature is to release tidbits of information, and rally the people to pressure the government
in releasing the rest. That sure may make the release more self controlled rather than the media shoving it down the public's throat. However,
Assange does not seem like the guy to do this. It seems that he would rather keep many of his sources under wraps, and leave the public guessing as
to how he retrieved important documents. Out of all of the three Klosterman villains, Assange is definitely the closest to a real one, but it is
fascinating how much of a gray area is still there between the opinions of several

The Music Of Music Today
Music Today On the highway there is always noise. The sound of cars honking and rushing by is all I can hear. I hit the FM button on my radio.
When the radio comes on, I hear a song I have never heard before. Really enjoying it, I sing along and jam out to it. The music is the soundtrack to
my drive. It blocks out the sound of the highway winds and cars driving by. An hour later, I get back into my car and hear the same song. I sing
along but do not jam as enthusiastically this time. After hearing that same song more than ten times in a week, I feel as if I am a movie character
who is stuck in the same scene singing the same song. I am tired of hearing the instrumental of the song; I get bored of singing the melody I once
enjoyed. I flip through different radio stations and hear the same old songs I always hear. Giving up on the radio, I hook up my phone to my car
with Bluetooth and play my own music. I open up Spotify and hit play. Spotify makes a playlist that plays songs it thinks you will like based on
what you have listened to in the past. Fresh melodies flood my car; fresh harmonies flow through my speakers. Song after song, I hear something I
have never heard before. Like a lot of people, I do not buy my music. I listen to it through music streaming companies like Spotify. Streaming
companies are nice because you can listen to almost any song or album for free. It saves a lot of money because songs are usually $1.29 and albums are
around $12.99. This has become an

Remember the eccentrics of the earliest Panic! At The Disco videos? The steam–punk infused "Mona Lisa", and the whimsical fish bowl head–gear of
the A Fever We Can't Sweat Out

Tetris–maze effects abstract enough to make it recognisably Panic!.
"Hallelujah" is Panic! At The Disco's only single to date that can't credit drummer Spencer Smith, who had been the only remaining founding member of
the band–vocalist Brendon Urie joined later as a replacement guitarist–before his departure in April. It also marks Panic! At The Disco's firstrelease in

concept. It seems these scenes are taking place in the mind of the confessor; the maze is a puzzle he–according to Urie–"is trying to defeat in order to

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release And Why It's also For You
Myofascial Release is a very reliable type of bodywork that helps to minimize pain and stiffness, and offers you back your energy. It is also called
manual treatment, or hands–on therapy/ recovery. It is a mild kind of stretching and balancing which has a profound result upon the body tissues.
There are numerous different kinds of myofascial release. Physiotherapists whom are specialized trained by John Barnes have remarkable devices to
assist you. He is the founder of the most widely allowed, gentle and reliable kind of myofascial release.
To understand how this connects to your body better it might help to comprehend a little about the anatomy of fascia.

Often remarkable improvement is kept in mind immediately during or after a treatment. In some cases new pains in brand–new locations will be

of these are normal reactions of the body to the profound, however positive, modifications that have actually occurred by releasing the fascial

It is felt that release of tight tissue is accompanied by release of trapped metabolic waste products in the surrounding tissue and blood stream. We highly
advise that you "flush your system" by consuming a great deal of fluids throughout the course of your treatments, so that reactions like nausea and

Nevada Eye Clinic Case
Good afternoon,
I have been put in charge of reviewing the marketing material to insure that it is in line with the direction we are heading with the re–branding of
Nevada Eye and Ear to Nevada Eye Physicians. I have been reviewing multiple aspects of the process including; the time parameters, outbound
marketing materials and the progress of the website included below is an itemized list of recommendations for everyone to consider and decide upon.
In my opinion all of these recommendations are in the best interest of the brand and the company.
1.)Mini Pocket Folder

The only major point that does need to be decided upon is the name, phone number and email we will list on the Media Release as the contact. Please
keep in mind that this person will be subject to contact by anyone that reads the article.
5.)Delay the brand release date
The final item up for discussion is the date of going live with the rebrand. I have had discussion with Jan, Michelle, and Judy as to the status of
several key materials needed to facilitate a successful launch of the new brand. The original date we had discussed was Feb. 29th, after speaking
with Jan in regards to the media release I am proposing that we change the Brand release date to Tuesday, March 8th. Delaying the release by a 8
days would allow us to insure all key materials have been produced and are in house. Also in speaking with Jan's contact for the Media Release, he
recommended having the release go out on a Tuesday as it is accepted better by all parties involved. Again this is my recommendation and is up for
debate among the group.
Please feel review all items above and contact me with any questions regarding the content. Please reply all to the email with any suggestions or input
on the matters at hand so all can review them.

Beyonce Sells: Song Analysis
On December 13th, 2013, BeyoncГ© Knowles dropped her self–titled visual album. It included 14 new songs and 17 music videos. No one was
expecting it, as she had no prior press. Within the first 17 days of its release, the album had sold 1.3 million copies. Upon listening to her album, it is
no doubt that BeyoncГ© is a visionary. The music videos were aesthetically pleasing and incredibly story–based. Her voice was on point. But that was
all expected; BeyoncГ© has been entertaining audiences since the late 1990's and has racked up 17 Grammy awards. However, this album was
different. Of course it still had the same sledgehammering dance beats and spunky attitude that we all expect from Bey, but this album was different

revolutionary! Since feminism can be often a taboo topic, it is normally not talked about openly. The fact that BeyoncГ© is spreading the word of

Beyonce and Parkwood Entertainment really outdid themselves by releasing the surprise album Beyonce. The fifth studio album from the music icon
was released on December 13, 2013 by her own music label Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records. The digital download only was well
worth the gamble as sales were well beyond projections. With gambling comes risk, risk including pissing of the distributors, not being able to

To not be overlooked is the power, wealth, and idolization status Beyonce has. To many other artists this is a major risk, but for an established artist the
risk was limited.
In the end I believe Columbia Records made one of the best decisions to support Beyonce for this album. When Columbia signed for 50% of the
costs and 50% of the revenue they clearly knew that the revenue would outweigh the costs, and they were right. Although the risks were there
Columbia was willing to take them. With other artists signed like One Direction, J. Cole, Adele, and The Script Columbia Records was also able to
take on these risks. As I mentioned earlier this deal set the stage for Columbia records to continue to work with Beyonce in the future by showing they
believed in her vision. This brought more business and attracted more artists to sign with Columbia records. One thing I would have changed if I were
apart of Columbia records is the timing of the release dates for the digital and physical copy. I would have insisted on releasing the digital copy on a
Friday and then put the physical album out on a Monday. This could allow retailers to play a role in the album process. The retailers virtually played
no role for the release of Beyonces album, because they refuse to put the album in stores. On the other side it would give fans more of a choice on
whether to purchase the digital or physical. Overall I think the deal was well

Press Release : For Immediate Release
PRESS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 3rd December 2014 Advisers can add 3% a year to your return With the abolition of
commission, financial advisers now must charge fees, typically up to 1.00% per annum, for their investment advice and this change from supposed
'free advice ' has led some investors to favour a DIY approach in order to save money. However the latest research from Vanguard Asset
Management shows that this may be a false economy as financial advisers can add 3.00% a year in value, i.e. returning investors up to 3 times the
cost of their investment advice, and all without any magic skill in picking 'right ' funds. Scott Gallacher, a Chartered Financial Planner with Leicester
based advisers Rowley Turton (IFA) Ltd. lists the seven key investment advice areas that Vanguard identified where financial advisers can add value in.
1. Asset allocation – significant but unquantifiableYour portfolio's asset allocation, i.e. the percentage invested in various asset classes, is arguably the
most important determinant of your future returns. Unfortunately whilst Vanguard concluded that whilst the value financial advisers added in this
respect was significant, it was too unique to each investor (being based on each persons own time horizon, risk tolerance, and financial goals) to
quantify. Gallacher felt that asset allocation could be worth up 4.00% a year ignoring the other factors and comparing a pure deposit approach with a
pure equity portfolio but he agreed

The Effect Of Technique And Positional Release Therapy On...
My Research topic is a comparative study to evaluate the effectiveness of Bowen Technique and Positional Release Therapy on Trapezitis.
Trapezitis is the inflammation of the trapezius muscle which gets aggravated by activity and even at rest. It is a very common condition seen in
practically most of the individuals. Trapezitis has serious implications like neck pain, reduction in the range of motion, stiffness etc. It's very commonly
seen in students, people working for long time on computers, Excessive driving etc.
The positional release technique is one of the technique used in Physical Therapy which has been proven to help Trapezitis. Bowen Technique is a
soft tissue manipulation Technique which is also found to be beneficial in pain reduction. There hasn't been a comparative study done on both the
techniques.Hence I would like to do a comparative study to see which is more effective in Trapezitis. There is paucity in literature with regards to
effectiveness of Bowens technique on Trapezitis.
The less number of research articles on this topic facilitated me to conduct a study on this topic. This research study will help me clinically in applying
the results of this study to my patients in the clinic. The incidence of neck pain is 3–5% population worldwide. Hence it is very important that I know
which technique works the best so my patients will be benefited from it.

Before You Exit Research Paper
When I first found out that Orlando–based pop band Before You Exit had never signed a record deal until last month, I was absolutely shocked.
Although their line–up has changed quite a bit over the years, Before You Exit has been producing music and touring all over the world since their

McDonough (19), and Toby McDonough (17). On Saturday, August 8th, I got the opportunity to interview the boys of Before You Exit at Club

The Giver Right
I do believe that Jonas did the right thing at the end of The Giver. The releasing of the memories was very important in reshaping the Community and
his actions also saved Gabriel who was about to be released, or killed. Leaving the Community was necessary to release the memories and there have
been many examples in the Bible of people leaving their homelands to fulfill a promise or prophecy.
Once Jonas crossed the boundary into Elsewhere, all of his memories were given back to the Community. These included his memories of color,
snow, sun, and others. With those good memories, however, came bad memories as well. These were memories of war, hunger, loss, and pain. Bad
memories are not meant to be locked away forever. Instead, they should be ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
He did seem hesitant to do so at first. However, he realized what staying behind would cause, so he went along with his plan. If he stayed behind,
Gabriel would have been murdered, the people of the Community would have never been able to experience and learn from the memories, and
Jonas would spend his entire life longing for the true feelings of love. There were many people in the Bible who had to leave there homes behind
for the good of them and those around them. For example, God told Abraham to leave his home and find the land God had promised him. The
details of his journey are shown in Genesis 12. When he arrived in the land, which was near Canaan, God said that He would give all of the land to
his offspring and bless Abraham and those who bless him.
While I can see how Jonas's actions could be seen as hasty, I also see the good that came from those actions. Now that he has escaped, the memories
have been released and now everyone can experience what Jonas has experienced and learn from it. Gabriel is safe and free with Jonas and, even
though he was hesitant, I still see the good that came from Jonas leaving the Community. His actions have greatly benefitted both him and Gabriel and
all of those who live in the

Catch And Release Is Inhumane
Catch and Release of Fish: Inhumane or Humane to Trout Populations A debate that has recently been brought more into focus in the public eye is that
of whether catch and release is humane or inhumane to trout populations. Recent hype on conservation of our natural and surrounding environment has
increasingly gained popularity through conservation efforts. It is through conservation efforts that the question of, "catch and release" has gained more
attention as a means to determine if a law that was put into effect to protect and insure the healthy population of trout, may be contributed to a possible
decrease in trout populations. This leads one to examine the opinions and studies of trout populations within our area.

reproduction for individual fish. With the management of catch–and–release, nest abandonment is less likely to

Just for a second, imagine a world without war, conflict or grief. Refreshing, right? But it's also a world without memory, feelings and color, at least
in the premise of Lois Lowry's, The Giver. It was published by HarperCollins in 1993, it shares the same motive of a perfect and utopian society.
What is a perfect society? Is it where people have to be uniform to each other? What is the point having such a life where you cannot make your own
choices?, you cannot have feelings or unable to live with your own biological parents. There is one thing about the community in the giver, it is very

The social media and the public might want police body cam footage release but sometimes it might be to graphic or controversial. Police body
cameras have been a topic since the incident with Michael Brown in august of 2014. Police shot and killed an unarmed individual in ferguson, MO,
leading to many people wanting cameras on police. Whether the cameras are a good idea or not this paper will explore the facts and sides of police
body cameras. Overall body cameras should be required Because they can save the lives of the innocent, keep innocent people from going to jail, and
can help a case as more evidence.
What is a body camera, a body camera is a small unit that is placed on police officer. It is usually a small unit place on a officers glasses, shoulder, or
on the chest. Most unit are self contained but if it were malfunction the are a bit expensive to replace (Erstad). These cameras have to be manually
turned on and off (EInvestigators). These cameras can possibly break or malfunction on the job but only in a rare cases (EInvestigators). Some of
these cameras take a lot of maintenance to keep running like software and SD cards storage. As these cameras are getting more widespread and so
city are making them mandatory to be on police at all times. But with more cameras there is more footage and people want that footage released
for the public to have an opinion on. But releasing the footage might cause some controversy and may not be suitable for public eyes. This type of
issue causes a lot of problems Some examples of the raw footage being released into the public can cause problems. One such case is Michael
Bennet at the Mayweather vs. Mcgregor fight where there were falsely reported gunshots and Michael was running out of the building when police
stopped and was detained for 17 minutes. He seen as running from the cops so they considered him suspicious and was detained. There were false
accusations before the footage was released and the case was closed with no one being arrested or hurt (Chiari). Another such case is with officer
Anthony Cano who came up to a wrecked car on the side of the road. When he searched the vehicle some one was inside and he seemed suspicious
and the officer asked

Examples Of Interdependence In The Giver
Interdependence is when someone realizes on eachother. In the book "The Giver" interdependence is taught when the children get their coats with the
buttons on the back of them. Each of the other kids is taught to help each other out in the community by helping other kids button the buttons on the
back of their coat.
The difference between loss and release in their community is that a relises is something either good or bad, it could be good because the elder could
of lived its long life and it would be released in a remembering way. On the other hand being released on a bad term can be, because of breaking too
many rules or being malnourished of different during birth they would release you. A loss on the other hand is because of a death from an incident of
something else that went wrong. They treat each one ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Jonas' life will be much different than everyone else's because he is the Receiver. This is because with his assignment he can not tell people what
happens at work. So what Jonas has to do is go straight to the Giver's office in the morning and then straight home after work with no communication
with friends. Jonas will also act very different from everyone else, because he will be getting lots of memories and all of these memories will make
him look old and exhausted. Another big thing is that he now knows everything that happened in the world so he can help in a bad situation to see
what is the best way to get out of it.
7. The rules for Jonas don't apply as much, like the lying doesn't apply. Also Jonas can't apply for a release, or can't be telling people what he had
learned from the Giver. So Jonas can lie so that he can cover up what he is learning.
8. The "old" receiver who is now known as the Giver tells Jonas about his work and he says that there are good memories that will feel good and some
that are bad and will hurt. He also says that his work is very tiring and he is very loaded down and tried. So he wants to give them memories to

Catch And Release Fishing John Machandelmeier Analysis
Catch and release fishing is something that I do a lot. I love to catch fish but some of my favorite fish to catch, are not good to eat, or I just do not
like . So, for the fish that are not good to eat, you have to release or they just go to waste. But, the redfish and trout that I catch, are good to eat, so
every once in awhile I will keep two or three. But, John Schandelmeier in the article "Catch––and–release fishing:cruel and unusual punishment?" states
that catch and release fishing is bad.
Schandelmeier supports his explanation by describing how this type of fishing is bad, and you should only fish to eat the fish that you catch. Which I
think is very wrong because the places that I normally fish are docks, ponds, small creeks, and little creek openings. Some of the saltwater fish that I
catch off of docks and creeks stage there and live there. If I ate every fish that I caught there, then the population would dramatically decrease. So I
release my fish and hope to catch them again another day. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is very wrong, I have caught the same fish many and many times in the places that I fish. The reason i know this for redfish is most of them
have spots, (It is rare to catch one that has no spots.) and sometimes I will catch some with weird looking spots and it is interesting, then, I will come
back and catch more fish, and i notice that i caught the same fish if it has the same weird looking spot. For largemouth bass that I catch out of ponds,
some of them have interesting patterns on the side, and I will know if I caught the same one if it has the same looking pattern on the

The Transition of an Offender from Jail into the Community...
Many would say that offenders are hopeless and if one looks at the rate of recidivism, one would definitely think that our nation's offenders are indeed
hopeless. However, what if there was a way to reduce the rate of recidivism and at the same time rehabilitate offenders in order to make them
functioning members of the community? Reentry programs that are implemented correctly cannot only reduce the rate of recidivism but at the same
time help to rehabilitate an offender through education, treatment, and therapy. The Second Chance At is a law that went into effect April 29, 2008
(P.L. 110–199) and it allows government agencies to provide services to offenders that will help to reduce the rate of recidivism as well as improve the

One of the main barriers that inmates face when they are released from prison is limited cognitive skills, limited education and work experience, and
substance abuse or other mental health problems. Substance abuse and other mental health problems limit employability because it limits the job
readiness that is required for employment (Holzer, Raphael & Stoll, 2003). Another issue that is faced when inmates are released into society is that
any skills that they did have prior to conviction has diminished greatly and they face lower pay due to their diminished or lack of skills, and the
attitudes that have been developed during their time in prison deeply affects their attitude during their search for employment. Offenders also face
another barrier when searching for employment. Many businesses can be held legally liable for any criminal action that their employees may cause
(Holzer, Raphael & Stoll, 2003). These barriers that offenders face uponrelease is why solid solutions and planning must be implemented when
considering the integration of ex–felons into society and preparation for reentry must begin well before the scheduled release date in order to
successfully reintegrate an inmate into society and reduce the rate of recidivism. Many offenders will be released from prison and yet approximately
60% will return for violating the law (Beard, Johnson, & Kemp, 2003). An inmate that has an education equivalent to a

Animal Cruelty Through Catch And Release
Animal Cruelty Through Catch and Release Fishing today has become a billion dollar industry as a sport all across America. In fact, it is such a
popular hobby that across the central United States it is nearly unheard of to have never have participated in it at any point in one's life. With world
populations reaching never before seen levels, many engage in catch and release techniques. Though this activity is cherished by anglers across the
nation, it may be a criminal involved in the case of animal cruelty. My three criteria for animal cruelty are: causing unnecessary pain to animals, killing
without a use of the animal, and altering the entire ecosystem. If fishing by catch and release methods fall into this category, then they may not ... Show

Not only fish are falling victims any more. Overfishing has led to imbalances of diets in predators as well as the introduction of invasive species.
Also, anglers lose or dump much of the equipment they have; leaving harmful hooks and trash to pollute animal habitats. The problem is so bad that
wildlife rehabilitators say, "Every year, anglers leave behind a trail of tackle victims that includes millions of birds, turtles, and other animals who
suffer debilitating injuries after they swallow fishhooks or become entangled in fishing line" (PETA). This causes such a stress on the environment as
a whole. It is so bad that if it continues, we may see many more species fall victim to

Release of Information in Mental Health and Development...
In the event of releasing any patient information it is important to make sure that all of your T's are crossed and your I's are dotted before the
transaction is complete. However, because specialized patient records, such as Mental health or substance abuse cases, contain not only strictly medical
information, but also therapeutic mental and emotional information, the release of this type of information could cause some damage to the patient
(McWay, 2010, p. 227). This is why the release of information concerning this type of patient records is different from that of a patient record without
delicate information in it.

According to HIPAA "the disclosure of PHI is prohibited, except when the patient has signed a release of information form that authorizes PHI to be
released or disclosed to a specific party (Sheahan)". With the release of information there are different rules that need to be followed in order to protect
the patient's privacy. With mental health information in a patient's medical record, it makes the release of information more difficult and there are
different rules that need to be followed in order to protect the patient's privacy.
"Patient–specific information recorded and communications made in the course of providing mental health or developmental disability services
are considered confidential and may not be disclosed except as provided by law (McWay, 2010, p. 239)". A patient's medical record is property of
the hospital or the facility that created the record. However, the information held in the record is the possessions of the patient, and a copy of the
record (with a mental health or development disability case) can be released to the patient as long as he/she is twelve years old. Also a patient who
is twelve years old has the power to consent to release information to a third party. The release of a health record, with a mental health or development
disability issue, can be permitted to the patient's legal guardian without the consent of the patient, if the patient is under the age of twelve years old.

Chapter 17:
1.The stirrings had returned, and he felt a little guilty and embarrassed about the pleasurable dreams that came to him as he slept. And his new,
heightened feelings permeated a greater realm than simply his sleep. But he knew he couldn't go back to the world of no feeling that he had lived in
so long.
2.Jonas has lost his childhood, his friendship, and his carefree sense of security. His innocence seemed to be slipping away.
Chapter 18:
3.Rosemary was the old receiver and she was a remarkable young woman. Very self–possessed and serene. Intelligent and eager to learn. The giver
gave her memories of anguish as poverty, hunger and terror. One day after the giver transmitted her memory of pain she immediately went to the Chief
Elder and asked for release.
4.The receiver's job is so vital to the book's community, because the community of elders wants the memories that the giver has to guide the
community and help them from falling in danger. If there is a problem the Committees of Elders hurry up for an advice from The Giver, (his advice is
based on past history).

Theme Of Release In The Giver
Throughout The Giver, by Lois Lowry, release is a word that changes definitions frequently throughout the plot.. At first, release was thought to be a
ceremony where the elders release a member of the community to elsewhere, then gradually morphs into the reason that Jonas forsook his community.
It was time feeling sharing time for Jonas' family unit when Jonas' mother, who works as a judge, announced that she was sad because she had to release
a pilot that flew his plane in the wrong direction. She stated that release is when a person is removed from the community and sent to elsewhere. There
are three reasons to release, it either happened when a baby did not mature fast enough, when a person breaks the rules three times, or when someone

The Ambino : A Film Review Of Childish Gambino
Donald McKinley Glover is an American actor, writer, producer, director, comedian, rapper, singer, and songwriter. He performs as a stage artist under
the name Childish Gambino. Gambino debuted his first musical project November 15, 2011 with the release of Camp, the album received mixed
reviews with critics although fans gave the album great reviews. After the album release Gambino took nearly three years to release Because The
Internet his second studio album. Which was inspired by his observations on how technology has changed social interactions (and not necessarily for
the better).
Because the Internet is more than just an album, it's a character study of himself. Gambino released a screenplay to accompany the album, the
screenplay follows The Boy, a wealthy kid who lives in a mansion, and the downward spiral that is his life. Because The Internet actually begins at
the end of Gambino's last album Camp. In Camp's last song, titled 'That Power', Gambino tells the story of a boy who professes his love to a girl
while at summer camp, only to be mocked for his emotions. Camp ended with The Boy (Gambino) Stuck on the bus crying, the screenplay opens up
with a simple yet eerie line "You can't live your life on this bus forever..." The Boys dad said setting the scene for Because The Internet. Every project
Gambino releases is unique and explores different spectrums of Hip–Hop. The lyrics are a self–reflection and honest similar to his debut album

Guidelines Of Guidelines On Policy Rules
Policy Rules For the purposes of being in line with my legal and ethical responsibilities, I would construct my policy for sharing information with
students by FERPA guidelines. While I would allow the release of information in following FERPA regulations, I would strongly advise for counselors
to still be mindful when releasing information. I would suggest that they only release information with their upmost discretion and for circumstances
where not only FERPA permits, but that it also seems to be of benefit for thestudent. As many of the guidelines state, the schools "may" release
information in certain circumstances, but they do not have to. This is what I would relay to my counselors.
Directly Releasing Information Directory information. The first policy rule would be that counselors may release directory information if the student
has been informed of the school's ability to release that information and has not submitted a written objection. If the student has been made aware of
the type of information that the school determines to be directory and did not notify the school that he or she did not agree to the release, then this
directory information may be released. However, I would still advise counselors to use their discretion and note if releasing this information to parents
would actually benefit the student. If it will not, then I would advise against releasing the information. I would also encourage my counselors to always
consult with FERPA when they are

he's ever been. Following the introspective start to his fourth installation in "The Heart" series, Lamar goes on a poking spree, challenging his

The Giver Punishment Analysis
In The Giver, release is first shown to the reader as a form of punishment, but it later shows it is a fluid injected into someone causing them death. As
readers continue reading, they realized that elders are also released. But what did they do to deserve a punishment like this? Throughout the book, it is
mentioned several times about controlling the community's population and wanting no one to suffer or to feel pain. The elders are released to control
the population of the community and to prevent them from feeling pain. As shown on page 111,the Giver explained, "before your birth, a lot of citizens

of Rosemary.
RELEASE OF ROBERTO:

Rosemary was known as the failed Receiver in the community. She was also known as the Giver's daughter. Rosemary was a remarkable young
woman and very eager to learn. She wanted to experience everything, she wanted more difficult memories. So the giver didn't give her physical
pain like what he gave to Jonas it was different. He transferred a memory of a child taken from its parents, he gave her loneliness. Rosemary was
very stunned as it ended and shocked. He also gave her anguish of many kinds, poverty, hunger, and terror. Rosemary could not handle the loneliness
anymore she left the annex and requested for release. As a result of Rosemary being released is, the memories that she had were returned to the
community which resulted chaos. The giver was not able to guide and comfort the community members. Even though her memories were mostly
positive, the community was not used to having memories. After Rosemary's release, she was never to be spoken of again. The community waited a
long time before choosing another Receiver. They had to choose someone who would be a successor. "Rosemary had only those five weeks worth, and

Why Is Edward Snowden A Hero Or Traitor?
Edward Snowden; From Traitor to Hero and In–Between
Imagine that you are sitting down looking at your phone. You are scrolling through social media and rapidly become tired of seeing the same
thing repeatedly. You endlessly scroll through posts until you get a message from your friend talking about something personal they need to tell
you. In your mind, no one except you two will see that information. That's what we all believe, however we might all just be wrong. After Edward
Snowden released the information that the NSA was spying on millions of Americans in 2014, a public debate sparked not about how much
privacy we really have, but also ridiculing Snowden for his actions. Viewpoints on the issue of whether Snowden is a hero or traitor vary in each
person, depending on what you believe the government has the right to know about our lives. While John Cassidy and Jeffrey Toobin are on
opposite sides of that issue, Nate Fick and The New York Times Editorial Board bridge the gap between the two. In the article Edward Snowden is No
Hero, Jeffery Toobin (2013), a staff writer atThe New Yorker, argues that Edward Snowden is a traitor because he released private NSA information
to the public. In lieu of the June 2013 information leak by Snowden, Toobin (2013) wrote the article to alert the general public that Snowden is a
traitor due to his breach of national security. Toobin (2013) supports his claim by acknowledging that Snowden was advised that as a government
employee releasing information is considered a crime, therefore he knew what he was doing. He then ends his article by suggesting that this
information should have never been leaked because it can be put into the wrong hands. In his article Was Snowden Hero or Traitor? Perhaps a Little
of Both, Washington Post writer and cybersecurity software CEO Nate Fick (2014), suggests that Edward Snowden is both a traitor and a hero
following his action in the NSA Information Leak in 2013. Within the article, Fick (2014) informs the general public that Snowden has traits of both a
hero and traitor because of his choice to leak the information that the NSA was spying on the American public. He begins by addressing the idea that

Pros And Cons Of Indeterminate Sentencing
In the 1970's there was major changes under way that saw indeterminate sentencing change to determinate. Now it seems as if the system might be
trying to change once again (Thompson 2012). With the sentencing changes came different approaches on how the US population felt about the
sentencing and how they were to be handled. Along with that came those whom opposed the change and argued for the model they felt best fit our
justice system. While a change might be well needed, both sentencing models pose their own pros and cons each model will be defined and the
positives and negatives will be gone over throughout the paper.

The punishment of confinement is definite and is not subject to review by any other agency or parole board. A convicted individual could serve
more than the determinate sentence but not less. Definite terms of sentences are determined at the time the sentence is given out by the judge (). A
pro for determinate sentencing is that it is a deterrence in itself, determinate sentencing can gain a lot of public awareness because people will know
that if you break a law and get caught you will be going to jail for a certain amount of time. This could help cut down on crime rates and also make our
cities and towns a safer place to live in. Another pro with determinate sentencing is sentences over time could start to change and have a good amount
of equality, justice and consistency in each sentence, which could lead to harsher sentences handed out by juries and judges again cutting down crime.
A con for determinate sentencing is prison population, with a fixed sentence this creates more inmates and the more inmates clog up the corrections
system. As it is now there is already a pretty large overcrowding within the corrections system. Another con is misinterpretation of the law determinate
sentencing laws can be very complex and to even the most experienced judges might have a tough time understanding them and that could pose a
problem with scenarios such as

Examples Of Euphemism In The Giver
"Just for a second, imagine a world without war, conflict or grief. Refreshing, right? But it's also a world without memory, feelings, and color, at
least in the premise of Lois Lowry's, The Giver" (NPR.org, 2017). It was published by HarperCollins in 1993, it shares the same motive of a perfect
and utopian society. What is a perfect society? Is it where people have to be uniform to each other? What is the point having such a life where you
cannot make your own decisions ? you cannot have feelings or unable to live with your own biological parents. There is one thing about the community
in the giver, it is very well organized and no possible war. This is because each member of the community is trained to be polite from childhood. So,
therefore, everyone uses polite language, we call it Euphemism words, this set of words are alternate or substituted to words that are harsh, blunt and
might hurt somebody like killed, jail, etc. This essay will focus on some of the main and common euphemism words in the giver. The euphemism
words are Release, Stirrings, and Assignment. For each word, I will discuss it's meaning, it's translation to a non–euphemism word, it's function and

Mesopredator Release Hypothesis
The removal of apex predators from an ecosystem can result in a surplus of mesopredators (Ripple, 2007). Mesopredators are located directly beneath
apex predators on the trophic ladder and are density–limited by their apex predators, therefore keeping total predation pressure restricted within
ecosystems. When apex predators are lost, this inhibiting dynamic is removed, resulting in a 'mesopredator release' (Hollings, 2013; Wallach, 2015). In
ecological communities where apex predator densities are low and mesopredator densities are high, high grazing and predation pressures occur, thus
altering the ecosystem's function (Wallach, 2015). In comparison to their apex predators, the mesopredator's characteristically smaller size limits their
hunting and consumption of large herbivores, resulting in the high grazing associated with the release of herbivores from apex predator control. The
mesopredator release hypothesis and the trophic cascade theory bring attention to the effects of apex predator removal from ecosystems, specifically
when displaying how the increase in smaller predators affects prey species within a particular food web (Colman, 2015; Hollings, 2013). Once
released from the control of apex predators, theory predicts ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The scientific community is increasing the number of studies dedicated to understanding the causes and effects of trophic cascades, due in part to
human actions that are immensely decreasing the populations of apex predators worldwide. Since the mid–1900's, numerous observations have noted

of apex predator removal on small scale ecosystem functioning, a question remains as to the impact that will occur on the global

Wag's Press Release
I looked at four press releases for four different organizations in the city: Winnipeg Police Services, the WHRA, the WAG and the Assiniboine Park

examples of strong press releases. The elements these releases share are providing contact information for further inquiries, inclusion of release date,
answering the who, what where, why and how early on in the releases. However, some of these releases may have done better in terms of these
elements, than others. The first element is providing contact information, which all four press releases did to varying degrees. The Winnipeg Police

In the case of the Winnipeg Police Service's release, it is very short. A police press release is meant to state the facts, therefore it is not surprising

release is about 10 paragraphs, the WHRA's is 8, and the Assiniboine Park Conservatory's is 9. As the other press releases are longer, it makes it more
likely that the reader will only skim read them. Therefore, it is important that these important questions are answered early on.
The WAG's press release immediately goes into the when, where, what, why and how of the exhibition. They then use later paragraphs to talk about

Can't Remember a Time Without I-Tunes Essay
It's difficult to remember a time without iTunes. To many people, especially to the younger generation, iTunes has always been a part of people's
lives. When it launched on April 28, 2003, iTunes was set to forever change the world of music and technology (Griggs & Leopold). When it first
started, songs were available for instant download for only ninety–nine cents and albums for less than ten dollars. ITunes changed the way music was
distributed and marketed. With the release of iTunes, music consumers could now download music digitally with the click of a button. Consumers no
longer had to leave the comfort of their home to buy or listen to a song or an album. Before iTunes and digital music, consumers had to buy a complete
album or ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
With iTunes, consumers instantly get what they want, which is a perfect fit for our technological culture today, but the emotional experience of buying
music has been shattered.
Because of iTunes, consumers have become more private listeners. Every song and album sits directly in front of each consumer. Listeners buy the
songs they personally want and place them on their own portable music players. They listen to the songs by themselves as a private experience
(Griggs & Leopold). Consumers do still share music, but do not engage in the social experience that existed before iTunes and digital music. Today,
listeners share music by sending song files to each other or posting music on social media sites completely taking the shared and social aspect out of
music. The shift in behavior from enjoying music as a social experience to listening to music as a personal experience has changed culture and society.
Today's world is all about the individual. People want things for themselves and they want them now. ITunes helped in changing culture and society to
be this way by making songs and albums available instantly to each person. With iTunes, people can get the music they want instantly and are
encouraged to listen to music as a more private experience.
In the time of records and even CD's, there was no way to sell or buy single songs. ITunes transformed music by marketing single songs instead of full
albums.

RAL will cover all costs and a discretionary fund is given to partner where they can draw from to get a project started in their manner. This gives the JV some say when it comes to spending on the release. Distribution Deal RAL is only responsible for distributing the music/video asset to physical and online retailers. RAL will not cover any of themarketing or promotion costs. All costs are the responsibility of the artist. The label will only get a distribution fee between 10% – 20% of the sale. At times, RAL offers label services for an additional fee. This is a no risk deal. Direct Signings When an artist is signed directly RAL, RAL provides an advance to the artist which should always be no more than what the label feels they can recoup. If so, you can do it yourself, and save the hassle of waiting for them to come. Skip your next turn if you don't have the memory. Your family temporarily cares a sick newchild, who you have bonded with for over a year. Now, what if you found out the newchild was going to get released the following morning? Have a memory of death? If so, with your understanding of what will happen to the child, you can devise a plan, and try to save the newchild's life. If you don't have the memory card, then the poor baby got released, and you must put all your memory cards in the discard pile. You got caught riding your sibling's bicycle before you turned nine! Go back one space. On your journey to Elsewhere, it begins to snow. You are freezing to death and all you have is a jacket to keep you, and the baby you are with warm. Have a memory of sunshine? • 4. The Gucci Mane Conspiracy After his release from prison in 2016, the conspiracy that Gucci Mane is a clone rose due to leaving his "trap" lifestyle behind, picking up a new, sophisticated lifestyle, and how he will not confirm nor deny the allegations. To this day, there is still a lot of buzz in the air that the Gucci that was released in 2016 is not the same Gucci that was incarcerated in 2013. Previous to his arrest, Gucci Mane became notorious for living and glamorizing the "trap" lifestyle, a lifestyle heavily influenced by and involved with drugs. From songs like Breakfast (Trap God), a song with lyrics "I smoke weed for breakfast / I drink lean for breakfast / I take mollies, I take xannies, I can't eat no breakfast" (Genius, Breakfast) , and Lemonade, with lyrics "I'm moving slow cause codeine syrup's in my lemonade / I'm standing in the shade and I'm selling lemonade". (Genius, Lemonade) After his release from Prison 3 years later, Gucci left behind his drug induced lifestyle and turned his life around to better himself, his career, and the people around him. In Gucci's autobiography, he describes how he changed for the better, "I looked different from the man in my September mugshot." (Mane 249) He also adds to the credibility of his new and improved lifestyle with the lyrics from the hit single Perfect Pint, produced by Mike Will Made It featuring Rae Sremmurd and Kendrick Lamar, Gucci rhymes "Now I'm back on top like I'm 'posed to be / But I done poured so many pints that shit got ... • 5. Essay Review of the Band Periphery and Their Album Clear Periphery–Clear Review Periphery is a band well known in the metal community as one of the pioneers of the djent/progressive metal movement. They have gained a loyal and sizeable fanbase through their previous two releases, Periphery and Periphery II: This Time It's Personal, as both albums were very innovative and successful. Clear is Periphery's latest EP, released on 1/28/2014, via Sumerian Records. This EP is a uniquerelease, and deviates from the standard Periphery releases in that instead of every Periphery member working on this record together, each member individually works on one song and the album is basically a collection of these tracks. Periphery has stated that this release is meant to be experimental, and not a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... "Pale Aura" is my favorite track off Clear and one of my favorite Periphery songs of all time, as everything from the vocals, the instrumentals, to the mood of the track are pieced together so well that it gives me chills. As a whole, there's really not much to complain about the E.P, as each member did a tremendous job in their respective tracks, and the production work is unbelievably well done. Lyrical work on Clear is similar to the musicianship on each track: different yet coherent. Although only four of the tracks have vocals, and the lyrics are all written by different people, each member of Periphery is so talented that none of the songs portray a drop in lyrical quality. My favorite song lyrically would have to be "Feed the Ground", as the lyrics are so unique yet interesting. "Shots fired and I've got a fucking reason, To suffocate when the breath leads to treason, cut the ties, collect what's mine, burn everything to the fucking ground." However, the lyrics on "Pale Aura", "The Parade of Ashes", and "The Summer Jam" are awesome as well, each fitting the mood and atmosphere of the tracks. Overall, Clear by Periphery is a very impressive album, as we are able to hear each individual member's music style and understand the band a lot better. Although this is just an experiment for the band, it produced some of my favorite Periphery tracks of all time such as "The Summer Jam", "Feed the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. Participatory Fandoms Many American markets today are filled with apathetic consumers who demonstrate a lack of concern for authenticity and originality. " Consumerism is built on building blocks laid down in industrial modernity: progress, designed obsolescence, dismissal of the past unless rendered as nostalgia, a utopian sheen projected onto technology, commodity and product." (Neimeyer, 212) Nostalgia is this utopian sheen, which almost all consumers seem to prefer above overt realism. The environment for resale value has never been better. Speculative merchandising, including DLC sales and crowdfunding campaigns, is a product of this constant demand for intellectual material. Originally, a product was only sold once it had reached completion, but not even that is required any more. Especially in the gaming industry, things are sold before they are completed and consumers often pay full price for products that may be incomplete or dysfunctional. It is not recommended for companies to release ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The willingness for rapid reproduction comes from the culture of participatory fandoms. People become enthralled with specific franchises and cinematic universes, and wait hungrily for any form of iteration of their favorite one. There are many different ways in which people participate and cooperate with each other through fandoms. Some people may join facebook groups or online message boards and threads that relate to their favorite media. Some people may even go as far as reaching out to the people who develope their favorite franchises and ask for more if they feel they are being neglected. There is high demand for repetitive releases that cater specifically to nostalgic advertising. • 7. Christopher Edwin Breaux Research Paper Christopher Edwin Breaux was born on October 28 1987 in Long Beach, California. When he was about five years old, his family moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. When Breaux was young he would go around doing neighborhood chores to earn money to rent studio time to work on music he was creating. The first type of music he was exposed to was through his mother's CD's of Celine Dion and Phantom Of The Opera. After Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005, Breaux moved to Los Angeles to continue working on music where he earned a songwriting deal and began writing music for artists such as Justin Bieber, John Legend, and Beyonce. In 2009, he changed his name to Frank Ocean and joined a hip–hop collective group named Odd Future and met Tyler The Creator, a rapper,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This is most noticeable in the song "White Ferrari" where Ocean sings in a rhythm that sounds almost identical to the popular song "Here, There, and Everywhere" by The Beatles. The album starts off with "Nikes," a slow, hypnotic song, featuring high pitched vocals from Ocean, and a very dreamy sound, somewhat creating a mood for the rest of the album. The next songs, "Ivy" and "Pink and White," are polar opposites about love, where in "Ivy," Ocean talks about how he failed to keep a relationship going on, and in "Pink and White" he sings about intimate love and good long–term relationships. The album also contains skits like "Be Yourself" where Frank's mother leaves a phone call for him telling him not to consume alcohol, not to get in the car with someone who has consumed alcohol, or is impaired by smoking marijuana, and a skit called "Facebook Story," about a man who lost his wife because he didn't friend her on Facebook. Although short, this skit has a powerful message: social media can and will destroy long–built relationships with somebody you love. The highlights of the album come from songs like "Solo," a gospel influenced song with somewhat of an Adele influence. "Godspeed" is another heavily gospel–influenced song where Ocean proves strong his abilities as a singer with a very strong vocal performances and a basic piano instrumental. (It should be recognized that gospel–influenced music was ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Would they be petty nuisances, or a dark force slowly eating away at society? There are very few people that could fit this title, but in "Electric Funeral," a chapter in I Wear the Black Hat: Grappling with Villains (Real and Imagined), Chuck Klosterman, a best selling author, details what some of these villains of today are: different types of technocrats. The three "villains" he mainly focuses on are Perez Hilton, Kim Dotcom, and Julian Assange, who each varies greatly on the spectrum of their acts. The worst thing about this information is that no one has really stopped him or any of this staff from not releasing new documents. WikiLeaks is a little radical, as it shares anything and everything without mercy. A possible solution to ease up Wikileaks aggressive nature is to release tidbits of information, and rally the people to pressure the government in releasing the rest. That sure may make the release more self controlled rather than the media shoving it down the public's throat. However, Assange does not seem like the guy to do this. It seems that he would rather keep many of his sources under wraps, and leave the public guessing as to how he retrieved important documents. Out of all of the three Klosterman villains, Assange is definitely the closest to a real one, but it is fascinating how much of a gray area is still there between the opinions of several ... When the radio comes on, I hear a song I have never heard before. Really enjoying it, I sing along and jam out to it. The music is the soundtrack to my drive. It blocks out the sound of the highway winds and cars driving by. An hour later, I get back into my car and hear the same song. I sing along but do not jam as enthusiastically this time. After hearing that same song more than ten times in a week, I feel as if I am a movie character who is stuck in the same scene singing the same song. I am tired of hearing the instrumental of the song; I get bored of singing the melody I once enjoyed. I flip through different radio stations and hear the same old songs I always hear. Giving up on the radio, I hook up my phone to my car with Bluetooth and play my own music. I open up Spotify and hit play. Spotify makes a playlist that plays songs it thinks you will like based on what you have listened to in the past. Fresh melodies flood my car; fresh harmonies flow through my speakers. Song after song, I hear something I have never heard before. Like a lot of people, I do not buy my music. I listen to it through music streaming companies like Spotify. Streaming companies are nice because you can listen to almost any song or album for free. It saves a lot of money because songs are usually $1.29 and albums are around $12.99. This has become an ... Press Release : For Immediate Release PRESS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 3rd December 2014 Advisers can add 3% a year to your return With the abolition of commission, financial advisers now must charge fees, typically up to 1.00% per annum, for their investment advice and this change from supposed 'free advice ' has led some investors to favour a DIY approach in order to save money. However the latest research from Vanguard Asset Management shows that this may be a false economy as financial advisers can add 3.00% a year in value, i.e. returning investors up to 3 times the cost of their investment advice, and all without any magic skill in picking 'right ' funds. Scott Gallacher, a Chartered Financial Planner with Leicester based advisers Rowley Turton (IFA) Ltd. lists the seven key investment advice areas that Vanguard identified where financial advisers can add value in. 1. Asset allocation – significant but unquantifiableYour portfolio's asset allocation, i.e. the percentage invested in various asset classes, is arguably the most important determinant of your future returns. Unfortunately whilst Vanguard concluded that whilst the value financial advisers added in this respect was significant, it was too unique to each investor (being based on each persons own time horizon, risk tolerance, and financial goals) to quantify. Trapezitis has serious implications like neck pain, reduction in the range of motion, stiffness etc. It's very commonly seen in students, people working for long time on computers, Excessive driving etc. The positional release technique is one of the technique used in Physical Therapy which has been proven to help Trapezitis. Bowen Technique is a soft tissue manipulation Technique which is also found to be beneficial in pain reduction. The releasing of the memories was very important in reshaping the Community and his actions also saved Gabriel who was about to be released, or killed. Leaving the Community was necessary to release the memories and there have been many examples in the Bible of people leaving their homelands to fulfill a promise or prophecy. Once Jonas crossed the boundary into Elsewhere, all of his memories were given back to the Community. These included his memories of color, snow, sun, and others. There were many people in the Bible who had to leave there homes behind for the good of them and those around them. For example, God told Abraham to leave his home and find the land God had promised him. The details of his journey are shown in Genesis 12. When he arrived in the land, which was near Canaan, God said that He would give all of the land to his offspring and bless Abraham and those who bless him. While I can see how Jonas's actions could be seen as hasty, I also see the good that came from those actions. What is a body camera, a body camera is a small unit that is placed on police officer. It is usually a small unit place on a officers glasses, shoulder, or on the chest. Most unit are self contained but if it were malfunction the are a bit expensive to replace (Erstad). These cameras have to be manually turned on and off (EInvestigators). One of the main barriers that inmates face when they are released from prison is limited cognitive skills, limited education and work experience, and substance abuse or other mental health problems. Substance abuse and other mental health problems limit employability because it limits the job readiness that is required for employment (Holzer, Raphael & Stoll, 2003). Another issue that is faced when inmates are released into society is that any skills that they did have prior to conviction has diminished greatly and they face lower pay due to their diminished or lack of skills, and the attitudes that have been developed during their time in prison deeply affects their attitude during their search for employment. Offenders also face another barrier when searching for employment. Many businesses can be held legally liable for any criminal action that their employees may cause (Holzer, Raphael & Stoll, 2003). "Patient–specific information recorded and communications made in the course of providing mental health or developmental disability services are considered confidential and may not be disclosed except as provided by law (McWay, 2010, p. 239)". A patient's medical record is property of the hospital or the facility that created the record. However, the information held in the record is the possessions of the patient, and a copy of the record (with a mental health or development disability case) can be released to the patient as long as he/she is twelve years old. Also a patient who is twelve years old has the power to consent to release information to a third party. • 30. Questions On Chapter Summaries Of Chapter 17 Discuss questions chapter 17–23: Chapter 17: 1.The stirrings had returned, and he felt a little guilty and embarrassed about the pleasurable dreams that came to him as he slept. And his new, heightened feelings permeated a greater realm than simply his sleep. But he knew he couldn't go back to the world of no feeling that he had lived in so long. 2.Jonas has lost his childhood, his friendship, and his carefree sense of security. His innocence seemed to be slipping away. Chapter 18: 3.Rosemary was the old receiver and she was a remarkable young woman. Very self–possessed and serene. Intelligent and eager to learn. The giver gave her memories of anguish as poverty, hunger and terror. One day after the giver transmitted her memory of pain she immediately went to the Chief Elder and asked for release. 4.The receiver's job is so vital to the book's community, because the community of elders wants the memories that the giver has to guide the community and help them from falling in danger. If there is a problem the Committees of Elders hurry up for an advice from The Giver, (his advice is based on past history). Chapter 19: 5.Jonas learn that release, is done through injection with a fluid in the veins which kills. • 31. Theme Of Release In The Giver Throughout The Giver, by Lois Lowry, release is a word that changes definitions frequently throughout the plot.. At first, release was thought to be a ceremony where the elders release a member of the community to elsewhere, then gradually morphs into the reason that Jonas forsook his community. It was time feeling sharing time for Jonas' family unit when Jonas' mother, who works as a judge, announced that she was sad because she had to release a pilot that flew his plane in the wrong direction. She stated that release is when a person is removed from the community and sent to elsewhere. There are three reasons to release, it either happened when a baby did not mature fast enough, when a person breaks the rules three times, or when someone ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 32. The Ambino : A Film Review Of Childish Gambino Donald McKinley Glover is an American actor, writer, producer, director, comedian, rapper, singer, and songwriter. He performs as a stage artist under the name Childish Gambino. Gambino debuted his first musical project November 15, 2011 with the release of Camp, the album received mixed reviews with critics although fans gave the album great reviews. After the album release Gambino took nearly three years to release Because The Internet his second studio album. Which was inspired by his observations on how technology has changed social interactions (and not necessarily for the better). Because the Internet is more than just an album, it's a character study of himself. Gambino released a screenplay to accompany the album, the screenplay follows The Boy, a wealthy kid who lives in a mansion, and the downward spiral that is his life. Because The Internet actually begins at the end of Gambino's last album Camp. In Camp's last song, titled 'That Power', Gambino tells the story of a boy who professes his love to a girl while at summer camp, only to be mocked for his emotions. Camp ended with The Boy (Gambino) Stuck on the bus crying, the screenplay opens up with a simple yet eerie line "You can't live your life on this bus forever..." • 33. Guidelines Of Guidelines On Policy Rules Policy Rules For the purposes of being in line with my legal and ethical responsibilities, I would construct my policy for sharing information with students by FERPA guidelines. While I would allow the release of information in following FERPA regulations, I would strongly advise for counselors to still be mindful when releasing information. I would suggest that they only release information with their upmost discretion and for circumstances where not only FERPA permits, but that it also seems to be of benefit for thestudent. As many of the guidelines state, the schools "may" release information in certain circumstances, but they do not have to. This is what I would relay to my counselors. Directly Releasing Information Directory information. The first policy rule would be that counselors may release directory information if the student has been informed of the school's ability to release that information and has not submitted a written objection. If the student has been made aware of the type of information that the school determines to be directory and did not notify the school that he or she did not agree to the release, then this directory information may be released. However, I would still advise counselors to use their discretion and note if releasing this information to parents would actually benefit the student. If it will not, then I would advise against releasing the information. I would also encourage my counselors to always consult with FERPA when they are ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The Heart Lamar Analysis "Thirty millions later, my future favors/The legendary status of a hip–hop rhyme savior", Kendrick Lamar boasts at the start of promotional single "The Heart Part 4", evoking his prominence in the rap world. It's often considered common knowledge that the Compton golden child is heralded as the world's best rapper; as of his last two releases, it's safe to say that this ideology has not shifted in the slightest, and shows that he is as war–ready as he's ever been. Following the introspective start to his fourth installation in "The Heart" series, Lamar goes on a poking spree, challenging his opposition to the furthest extent. Released alongside a set of remarkable visuals, the music video for "HUMBLE" sets him into his own category based on overall creativity let alone an argument of superiority solely revolving around music. As readers continue reading, they realized that elders are also released. But what did they do to deserve a punishment like this? Throughout the book, it is mentioned several times about controlling the community's population and wanting no one to suffer or to feel pain. The elders are released to control the population of the community and to prevent them from feeling pain. • 36. The Giver Release Analysis INTRO: One of Lois Lowry's bestselling books that I'll be discussing is "The Giver". In "The Giver" one of the main things that were mentioned several times is Release. What is release? Release is the death by lethal injection, could be as punishment or a form of killing and if someone has been released they are immediately sent to Elsewhere. The three main ideas about release are The Release of Roberto, The Release of Twins and The Release of Rosemary. RELEASE OF ROBERTO: To start with, In "The Giver", Larissa, who is one of the Old in the community, describes to Jonas Roberto's release. She describes it as a kind of celebration of Roberto's accomplishments, as an instructor, an important committee member, a landscape designer for a plaza,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Rosemary was known as the failed Receiver in the community. She was also known as the Giver's daughter. Rosemary was a remarkable young woman and very eager to learn. She wanted to experience everything, she wanted more difficult memories. So the giver didn't give her physical pain like what he gave to Jonas it was different. He transferred a memory of a child taken from its parents, he gave her loneliness. Rosemary was very stunned as it ended and shocked. He also gave her anguish of many kinds, poverty, hunger, and terror. Rosemary could not handle the loneliness anymore she left the annex and requested for release. As a result of Rosemary being released is, the memories that she had were returned to the community which resulted chaos. The giver was not able to guide and comfort the community members. Even though her memories were mostly positive, the community was not used to having memories. After Rosemary's release, she was never to be spoken of again. The community waited a long time before choosing another Receiver. They had to choose someone who would be a successor. "Rosemary had only those five weeks worth, and most of them were good ones. But there were those few terrible memories, the ones that had overwhelmed her. For a while, they overwhelmed the community. All those feelings! They'd never experienced that before." • 37. Why Is Edward Snowden A Hero Or Traitor? Edward Snowden; From Traitor to Hero and In–Between Imagine that you are sitting down looking at your phone. You are scrolling through social media and rapidly become tired of seeing the same thing repeatedly. You endlessly scroll through posts until you get a message from your friend talking about something personal they need to tell you. In your mind, no one except you two will see that information. That's what we all believe, however we might all just be wrong. After Edward Snowden released the information that the NSA was spying on millions of Americans in 2014, a public debate sparked not about how much privacy we really have, but also ridiculing Snowden for his actions. Viewpoints on the issue of whether Snowden is a hero or traitor vary in each person, depending on what you believe the government has the right to know about our lives. While John Cassidy and Jeffrey Toobin are on opposite sides of that issue, Nate Fick and The New York Times Editorial Board bridge the gap between the two. In the article Edward Snowden is No Hero, Jeffery Toobin (2013), a staff writer atThe New Yorker, argues that Edward Snowden is a traitor because he released private NSA information to the public. In lieu of the June 2013 information leak by Snowden, Toobin (2013) wrote the article to alert the general public that Snowden is a traitor due to his breach of national security. Toobin (2013) supports his claim by acknowledging that Snowden was advised that as a government employee releasing information is considered a crime, therefore he knew what he was doing. He then ends his article by suggesting that this information should have never been leaked because it can be put into the wrong hands. In his article Was Snowden Hero or Traitor? Perhaps a Little of Both, Washington Post writer and cybersecurity software CEO Nate Fick (2014), suggests that Edward Snowden is both a traitor and a hero following his action in the NSA Information Leak in 2013. Within the article, Fick (2014) informs the general public that Snowden has traits of both a hero and traitor because of his choice to leak the information that the NSA was spying on the American public. • 38. Pros And Cons Of Indeterminate Sentencing In the 1970's there was major changes under way that saw indeterminate sentencing change to determinate. Now it seems as if the system might be trying to change once again (Thompson 2012). With the sentencing changes came different approaches on how the US population felt about the sentencing and how they were to be handled. Along with that came those whom opposed the change and argued for the model they felt best fit our justice system. While a change might be well needed, both sentencing models pose their own pros and cons each model will be defined and the positives and negatives will be gone over throughout the paper. Indeterminate sentencing is a form of punishment in which a prison term is imposed after conviction for a crime, but ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The punishment of confinement is definite and is not subject to review by any other agency or parole board. A convicted individual could serve more than the determinate sentence but not less. Definite terms of sentences are determined at the time the sentence is given out by the judge (). A pro for determinate sentencing is that it is a deterrence in itself, determinate sentencing can gain a lot of public awareness because people will know that if you break a law and get caught you will be going to jail for a certain amount of time. This could help cut down on crime rates and also make our cities and towns a safer place to live in. Another pro with determinate sentencing is sentences over time could start to change and have a good amount of equality, justice and consistency in each sentence, which could lead to harsher sentences handed out by juries and judges again cutting down crime. A con for determinate sentencing is prison population, with a fixed sentence this creates more inmates and the more inmates clog up the corrections system. As it is now there is already a pretty large overcrowding within the corrections system. Another con is misinterpretation of the law determinate sentencing laws can be very complex and to even the most experienced judges might have a tough time understanding them and that could pose a problem with scenarios such as ... • 39. Examples Of Euphemism In The Giver "Just for a second, imagine a world without war, conflict or grief. Refreshing, right? But it's also a world without memory, feelings, and color, at least in the premise of Lois Lowry's, The Giver" (NPR.org, 2017). It was published by HarperCollins in 1993, it shares the same motive of a perfect and utopian society. What is a perfect society? Is it where people have to be uniform to each other? What is the point having such a life where you cannot make your own decisions ? you cannot have feelings or unable to live with your own biological parents. There is one thing about the community in the giver, it is very well organized and no possible war. This is because each member of the community is trained to be polite from childhood. So, therefore, everyone uses polite language, we call it Euphemism words, this set of words are alternate or substituted to words that are harsh, blunt and might hurt somebody like killed, jail, etc. This essay will focus on some of the main and common euphemism words in the giver. The euphemism words are Release, Stirrings, and Assignment. For each word, I will discuss it's meaning, it's translation to a non–euphemism word, it's function and some examples from the book. • 40. Mesopredator Release Hypothesis The removal of apex predators from an ecosystem can result in a surplus of mesopredators (Ripple, 2007). Mesopredators are located directly beneath apex predators on the trophic ladder and are density–limited by their apex predators, therefore keeping total predation pressure restricted within ecosystems. When apex predators are lost, this inhibiting dynamic is removed, resulting in a 'mesopredator release' (Hollings, 2013; Wallach, 2015). In ecological communities where apex predator densities are low and mesopredator densities are high, high grazing and predation pressures occur, thus altering the ecosystem's function (Wallach, 2015). In comparison to their apex predators, the mesopredator's characteristically smaller size limits their hunting and consumption of large herbivores, resulting in the high grazing associated with the release of herbivores from apex predator control. The mesopredator release hypothesis and the trophic cascade theory bring attention to the effects of apex predator removal from ecosystems, specifically when displaying how the increase in smaller predators affects prey species within a particular food web (Colman, 2015; Hollings, 2013). Once released from the control of apex predators, theory predicts ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The scientific community is increasing the number of studies dedicated to understanding the causes and effects of trophic cascades, due in part to human actions that are immensely decreasing the populations of apex predators worldwide. Although there is adequate evidence on the impact of apex predator removal on small scale ecosystem functioning, a question remains as to the impact that will occur on the global ... • 41. Wag's Press Release I looked at four press releases for four different organizations in the city: Winnipeg Police Services, the WHRA, the WAG and the Assiniboine Park Conservatory. I chose these press releases because they are all from fairly different organizations, and yet use similar elements that make them examples of strong press releases. The elements these releases share are providing contact information for further inquiries, inclusion of release date, answering the who, what where, why and how early on in the releases. However, some of these releases may have done better in terms of these elements, than others. The first element is providing contact information, which all four press releases did to varying degrees. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In the case of the Winnipeg Police Service's release, it is very short. As the other press releases are longer, it makes it more likely that the reader will only skim read them. Therefore, it is important that these important questions are answered early on. The WAG's press release immediately goes into the when, where, what, why and how of the exhibition. To many people, especially to the younger generation, iTunes has always been a part of people's lives. When it launched on April 28, 2003, iTunes was set to forever change the world of music and technology (Griggs & Leopold). When it first started, songs were available for instant download for only ninety–nine cents and albums for less than ten dollars. ITunes changed the way music was distributed and marketed. With the release of iTunes, music consumers could now download music digitally with the click of a button. Because of iTunes, consumers have become more private listeners. Every song and album sits directly in front of each consumer. Listeners buy the songs they personally want and place them on their own portable music players. They listen to the songs by themselves as a private experience (Griggs & Leopold). Consumers do still share music, but do not engage in the social experience that existed before iTunes and digital music. Today, listeners share music by sending song files to each other or posting music on social media sites completely taking the shared and social aspect out of music. The shift in behavior from enjoying music as a social experience to listening to music as a personal experience has changed culture and society. Today's world is all about the individual. People want things for themselves and they want them now. ITunes helped in changing culture and society to be this way by making songs and albums available instantly to each person.
