Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has received its shareholders' approval to raise around Rs 9,600 crore through the issuance of various securities, including
equity shares and convertible bonds. This was among the proposals approved by the shareholders during the company's annual general meeting
held on September 9, 2015. Moreover, In a bid to expand its global presence, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is expecting Rs 3,000 crore infrastructure
projects from Sri Lanka. The company is looking at 2 or 3 projects which will materialize in the next 3-4 months. Larsen & Toubro is an Indian
multinationalengagedintechnology,engineering,construction,manufacturingandfinancialserviceswithover$15billioninrevenue.Itoperatesin
over30countriesworldwide.
Technical Outlook : The prices have been taking support of horizontal trend line at 1527.53 levels on daily chart. Moreover, stock is trading
above 100 EMA on weekly chart which suggesting the short term trend is up. The momentum indicator RSI has moved above 40 levels with
positive crossover, which gives positive confirmation to the prices. So for trading perspective, one could Buy in the range of 1605-1616 for the
targetof1648.
Hero MotoCorp is planning to set up manufacturing plant in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil as part of its global expansion drive. Moreover, the
company is expecting to utilize the new Colombian facility as a hub to export to nearby countries. Further, the company's global manufacturing
facility at Villa Rica in Colombia, entailing a project investment of $70 million, became operational this week. Following the commencement of
operationsatColombiaplant,thecompanyhasbecomethefirstIndiantwo-wheelermanufacturertoset-upamanufacturingunitinLatinAmerica.
Technical Outlook: On daily chart, the prices have been trading in descending triangle formation where recently stock has taken support of
lower band of triangle formation at 2259 levels. On weekly chart, stock has given bounce back move from 200 EMA, which indicating strong
upside move can be seen in next few trading session. The momentum indictor RSI has just come out from its oversold zone territory, which

turmoilin China wouldimpacttheUK. The Dow Jonesindustrialaverage rose 76.83 points,or 0.47 percent, to16,330.4, the S&P500 gained10.25
points,or0.53percent,to1,952.29 andtheNasdaqCompositeadded39.72points,or0.84percent,to4,796.25.
Asiansharesroseon FridaythankstogainsonWallStreet,whilethedollarsteadiedafterfacingpressurefromarallyingyuan.Thegreenbackcame
under pressure overnight as China's yuan shot higher in offshore markets on what was suspected to be rare intervention by Chinese state banks,
likely taking aim at speculators betting against the currency. Meanwhile, Government data released before the market open showed that large
Japanese manufacturers' sentiment turned positive in the July-September quarter, suggesting that companies were taking China's recent
slowdown in stride. The Shanghai Composite index traded at 0.50 % to 3214.07, Hang Seng index traded at 1.42 % to 21872.75, Japan's
benchmark Nikkei 225 index traded flat at 0.05% to 18289.68, South Korea's Kospi index down marginally by -0.63 % to 1949.83 levels. The SGX
NiftysuggestsapositiveopeningforourmarketswiththeSGXNiftytradingat7838.50, upby18points.
