The Supreme Court has refused to vacate ban on diesel vehicles with engine capacity above 2000 cc in National Capital Region (NCR). Major
automotive companies like Toyota, Mahindra and Mercedes had moved the Supreme Court, seeking to challenge the diesel vehicle ban
announced by the government on December 16. The courthad earlier ordered a prohibitionof saleand registration of diesel vehiclesabove 2000
ccenginecapacity.
TechnicalOutlook:Ondailychart,thestockhasbeenfacingresistanceat1277levelsincelastmanydays.moreover,stockhasgivenclosebelowits
21 Day Moving Average which isplaced at 1268 level, which shows that near term trend is down. Apart from this, stock has formed Hanging Man

The Indian equity market is likely to open on a positive note with the SGX Nifty, an indicator of the market opening,
trading at 7766, down 14 points at 8:20. Global cues, meanwhile are varied as the US markets ended mixed after a
sharply lower start to the year amid pressure from declines in oil prices and Apple stock. European markets, meanwhile,
finished higher on Tuesday, as global sentiment regained some ground after steep falls in the previous session. Asian
markets stayed under pressure in early morning trade, retracing modest gains at the open as investors remained
cautiousafterthewildrideinChineseequitiessincethestartoftheweek.
