LIC Housing Finance (LHFL) will raise up to Rs 43,000 crore throughNon-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The company
will issue redeemable NCDs secured or unsecured, any other hybrid instruments which can be classified as being Tier II capital up to an aggregate
amountnotexceedingRs43,000 crore.Theamountwillberaisedinoneormoreseries,duringaperiodofoneyearcommencingfromthedateof
thismeeting,onaprivateplacementbasis.TheboardhassimilarlyapprovedenteringintoarelatedpartytransactiontoraiseanadditionalRs4,000
crore. LIC Housing Finance is one of the largest Housing Finance company in India. The main objective of the Company is providing long term
financetoindividualsforpurchaseorconstructionofhouseorflatforresidentialpurpose/repairandrenovationofexistingflat/houses.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, prices have been taking support of horizontal trend line at 390-393 levels. Moreover, Price has formed
tweezers bottom candle stick reversal pattern on daily chart with positive volumes which suggesting healthy buying activity near the bottom.
The momentum indicator RSI reading is at 40.15 with positive crossover and has shown strong bounce back with the strong support of 30
marks which point out for positive breath in the stock. So for trading prospective, one could Buy in the range of 414-417 for the target of 427
levels.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has notified thatthe aggregate share holdingsin Induslnd BankbyNon-Resident Indians(NRI) /PersonsofIndian Origin
(PIO)/Foreign Institutional Investors (FII)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) and through Global Depository Receipts (GDR)/American
Depository Receipts (ADR)/Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the primary/secondary markets have gone below the prescribed threshold limit
stipulated under the extant FDI policy. Hence the restrictions placed on the purchase of shares of the above bank are withdrawn with immediate
effect. RBI has alsonotified thatthe equity shares of the Bankcannowbe purchased through primary market andstock exchanges. IndusInd Bank
which commenced operations in 1994 caters to the needs of both consumer and corporate customers. Its technology platform supports multi-
channeldistributionnetworks.AsonJune30,2015,bankhas811branchesand1,543 ATMsspreadacrossthecountry.
Technical Outlook: The stock has been trading in rising channel formation and recently it has taken support of lower band channel formation
which placed at 810 levels on daily chart. Prices have formed bullish reversal Harami candlestick near the support levels with above average
volumes. The momentum indicator RSI has showing positive signs which indicating positive momentum in the stocks. So for trading

US stocks rose more than 2 percent on Tuesday, bouncing after steep losses last week and a China-fueled rebound in global equities. Hopes for more
stimulus measures from the Chinese government increased after data on Tuesday showed that China's imports shrank far more than expected in August,
falling for the 10th straight month. Late on Monday, China said it would remove a tax on dividend incomes for investors who hold stocks for more than a
year in an effortto encourage longer-term investment. The French CACended around 1.2 percenthigher, the German Dax closed 1.6 percentup, with the
index outperforming after both exports and imports in Germany hit a record high in July. The Dow Jones industrial average rose 390.3 points, or 2.42 % to
16,492.68, theS&P500gained48.19points,or2.51%to1,969.41andtheNasdaqCompositeadded128.01 points,or2.73%,to4,811.93.
Asian shares surged early today, inspired by the positive finish in offshore markets and as investors bet on China to step on the stimulus pedal soon.
Reopeningafteralongweekend,WallStreetrecoveredfromitssecond-worstweekfortheyear,takingitscuesfromalate-daysurgeinChineseequitieson
Tuesday.AccordingtoastatementbytheMinistryofFinanceandNDRC,chinawillacceleratemajorconstructionprojectwithtworailwayprojectwithtotal
valueofnearly70billionyuan(USD11billion),thelatestmovetosupportinfrastructureprojectstore-energizesputteringgrowth.TheShanghaiComposite
index traded at 1.77 % to 7851.50, Hang Seng index traded at 2.88 % to 21888.76, Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 index up by 5.37% to 18415.20, South
Korea's Kospi indexedged up by 2.28 % to 1922.57 levels. The SGX Nifty suggest a positiveopening for ourmarkets with the SGX Nifty tradingat 7850.50,
up114.50points.
