Goldman Sachs has downgraded the Justdial to sell. The brokerage has also lowered target price to Rs 750 per share as it feels 22 percent rally in
the past one month likely due to a small buyback to use as an exit opportunity. It is worried about Search Plus execution risks and expects core
search revenue growth to decelerate over FY15-FY18 to 19 percent due to inadequate investments in the past and rising competition. Goldman
Sachsalsopointsoutthatthecompanymayhavetoincurhigherexpensestomaintaingrowthposingriskstostreetearningspershare(EPS),while
lower growth in search and margins may drive the stock price lower. "We continue to believe Just Dial’s core search business has long term value

Fed chair Janet Yellen said in a testimony before Congress that economic data since October backs the central bank's expectations of an

increase - Fed funds rates would remain accommodative. On the data front, investors will focus on the US nonfarm payrolls report for

Asian equities traded lower on Friday, after Wall Street closed in the red as investors digested comments from the Fed and the European
Central Bank (ECB). ECB president Mario Draghi announced monetary policy measures that fell short of market expectations. The central
bank cut deposit rate by 10 basis points to negative 0.3 percent and said its asset purchase program will also be extended until at least
March 2017 and broadened in scope. Shanghai Composite index traded at -0.85 to 3554.58, Hang Seng index traded at -1.15 % to
