 Managing activateslike Pre-closing, book closing activities for entire Tech, Media and Services
businessvertical.
 Responsible for ensuringcorrectness of rate masters, milestonesand ensuringcorrectnessin tax
structure of billing, maintenance of WBS elements for Tech, Media and Services.
 Review OTC process on a periodic basis, provide observationsand work closely with technical team
on improvements,automations,testingnew T Codes and fix any system bugsin SAP.
 Assist the project managersin GMA (Gross margin Actual) submissionsand supportingthem on
queriesrelatingto roles, rates,efforts, time sheets and GM% to total revenue on a monthlybasis.
 Publish weekly NOPO (Purchase Order) report, with regular follow-upsand working closely with
the BusinessDevelopment Managers(BDM’s) to keep NO PO at minimum, thusimprove on overall
DSOs and collection process.
 The role involves liaisingwith both Local and Global stakeholders.
 Maintain, track and publish validity, ratesrevisions as applicable for all active customersas per the
SOW/MSAs.
