•To learn about the types of technology she [my
mom] grew up with and how she feels technology
has impacted children of today
Examples of Questions
•What types of technology did you grow up with?
•Did you have a family radio? TV?
•When did you get your first cell phone?
•Do you have any social media accounts? What do
you think of social media?
•How does technology impact children of today
and how will it effect them as adults?

Conclusion:
• As any adaptable person in society, one must keep up
with the pace of technology
• My mom has a Facebook, iPhone, iPad, and uses the
SmartBoard when teaching
• However, she [and I] believe that technology is beginning
to have too big of a role in society
• Fears that technology will replace REAL things, like
teachers in a classroom, or our abilities to be use our
imaginations or communicate face-to-face
Conclusion:
• As any adaptable person in society, one must keep up
with the pace of technology
• My mom has a Facebook, iPhone, iPad, and uses the
SmartBoard when teaching
• However, she [and I] believe that technology is beginning
to have too big of a role in society
• Fears that technology will replace REAL things, like
teachers in a classroom, or our abilities to be use our
imaginations or communicate face-to-face
