2. Planning
A camera – we used a camera to find out what people like about a
documentary. We filmed using a camera and tripod and uploading our
work on to Blogger
Microsoft word – We used this as we need to make plannning sheets location
sheets ect. We then uploaded this work on to Blogger
A computer – We used a computer so that the could place all our work on to
the blog. We Placed all our work on the computer and did things on a
computer for us to then place on our blogs.
Scanner- We used the scanner to enable us to be able to put our story boards
on the Bloggs.
Blogger- Blogger has been used. We had to upload all our work.
3. Filming
We used a camera and a tripod and went out filming we set the camera on a
good angle so we were able to make a good medium shot of the person
being interviewed.
We then came back college and logged what we had filmed o
We had to set up the camera and tripod correctly in order to make sure the
angles and shots were right. n to the computer so we were then able to
edit the footage.
4. Editing
Premier pro- We used premier pro to do all our editing. Once we came back
from filming we came up loaded our footage on to the editing software to
enable us to edit.
Photoshop- We used photo shop to edit the print screen. We did this by up
loading the print screen advert picture and using the tools on photoshop
to beable to edit the picture.
5. Print advert
We used photo shop to edit our print screen advert. We started off with our
original image.
We then decided to make a 4 out of biscuits. But decided it didn’t work.
We then went on the internet to find a real channel 4 sign.
We then placed our edited picture on to a white screen and added text and
the channel 4 sign to make the end print advert.
We used a text box tool

We used a magic
we layerd this on to the wand tool to delete
picture. We also placed all the back ground
the logo where we to enable us to use
thought it was
appropriate a white background.
6. Radio advert and voice over
We wrote a script for a media advert. We then asked a lady called Kath to
record our voice over. We then placed the voice over over our
documentary. We wrote up the script in word to enable us to give the
script to Kath who agreed to record our voice over. This was done by us
using the recording suit, to record her voice. We then took the voice over
and radio advert back to our lesson and used the software to edit out
what we didn’t need and what we wanted to use. We placed the voice
over, over the top of our documentary.
7. Evaluation
We have done an a evaluation based on our documentary and
print adverts. I first of all recorded a voice over. I did this by
using the recording room. I then brought back the work and
placed it over the top of my documentary. I then filmed
people watching my documentary. I filmed people using a
stills camera and then uploaded it on to youtube to enable
me to put my work on the blog. I also then recorded my self
talking about question 2. I also then uploaded my work on to
you tube and embedded it on to blogger.I then placed my
work on to my blog. I also used a computer and power point
to do this part of my evaluation. I signed up to slide share and
uploaded my question 4 to then put his work on to the blog.
