17. Široka ul is the main street that runs through
Zadar Old Town, and features a number of cafes,
ice cream shops, regular shops and more!

21. Sea Organ
Sea Organ consists of several stairs that descend into the sea. The stairs extend for
about 70 meters along the coast, under them, at the lowest sea-tide level, 35 pipes of
different length, diameter and tilts were built in vertically to the coast and they raise aslant
until the paved part of the shore and end in a canal (a service corridor). On the pipes there
are LABIUMS (whistles), which play 7 chords of 5 tones. Above the canal there are
perforated stone stairs through which the sound comes out, the air pushed by the sea.
This site is a blend of human ideas and skills and the energy of the sea, waves, tide and
flood, a place for relaxation, contemplation and conversation while listening to an endless
concert of mystic harmonies of the "Orchestra of Nature".

22. 海風琴 (Sea Organ)
海風琴由幾層階梯伸入到海中。階梯沿著海岸長度延伸約70米，在其下方，最低海
潮位處，垂直於海岸線，建構不同長度、直徑和傾斜的35根管道。由空氣推動海浪，
管道會發出7弦5音的哨子聲，聲音穿過石階散播出來。

23. The Greeting to the Sun
The Greeting to the Sun consists of three hundred multi-layered solar plates placed on the
same level with the stone-paved waterfront in the shape of a 22-meter diameter circle. Under the
glass conduction plates there are photo-voltage solar modules through which symbolic
communication with nature is made, with the aim to communicate with light, just like the Sea
Organs do with sound.
Simultaneously with the "most beautiful sunset in the world" the lighting elements installed in a
circle turn on, and, following a particularly programmed scenario, they produce a marvelous,
exceptionally impressive show of light in the rhythm of the waves and the sounds of the Sea
organs.

「問候太陽」是由三百多層次的太陽能板，與海濱道路平行，鋪成一個直徑22米的圓形。在玻璃
導板下有光伏太陽能電池組件，通過這些與大自然象徵性的交流，其與光線的交流意義，就像是

The Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik, Croatia is a triple-nave
basilica with three apses and a dome (32 m high inside) in the city of
Šibenik, Croatia. It is the church of the Catholic Church in Croatia,
and the see of the Šibenik diocese. It is also the most important
architectural monument of the Renaissance in the entire country.
Since 2000, the Cathedral has been on the UNESCO World Heritage
List.
克羅埃西亞 希貝尼克的聖詹姆斯大教堂，是一座三殿教堂，有三個半
圓壁龕和一個圓頂（內高32米）。這是教廷天主教會在克羅埃西亞希

It is often mistakenly known as "St Jacob's", because Croatian, like
many other languages, uses the same name for both "James" and
"Jacob". It is dedicated to Saint James the Greater.

on the town's main square. It dates from the 14th Century

From the 15th and 16th centuries, the western
gate was and is the traditional entrance to the
Old Town. The gate contains a statue of St
Blaise, Dubrovnik’s patron saint.

Originally constructed in 1438 by Italian architect Onofrio della Cava, the fountain was
partially damaged in the 1667 earthquake and further during the war in 1992 (although it was
rapidly restored). The fountain was part of the city’s water mains constructed in the 15th
century which brought water from the Dubrovacka River 12km away.

70. Dubrovnik walls (910.584 visitors in 2014) run almost 2 km (1.24 mi) around the city. The
walls run from four to six meters (13.2 to 19.8 feet) thick on the landward side but are much
thinner on the seaward side.
No visit to Dubrovnik would be complete without a walk around the spectacular city walls, the
finest in the world and the city's main claim to fame. From the top, the view over the old town
and the shimmering Adriatic is sublime. In order to save energy, you had better walk in an
counterclockwise direction. Remember to pack a hat and sun cream.

displays finely carved capitals and an ornate staircase. It now
houses a Cultural History Museum.

basilica, Dubrovnik's original
cathedral was enlarged in the 12th

from England’s King Richard I, the

was destroyed in the 1667
earthquake, work began on this, its
baroque replacement, which was
finished in 1713.

The 31-metres high bell tower, built in
1444, is one of the symbols of the city
of Dubrovnik. It was built by the local
architects Grubačević, Utišenović and
Radončić. It was rebuilt in 1929 as it
had lost its stability through an
earthquake and was in danger of falling.
The brass face of the clock shows the
phases of the moon. Two human
figures strike the bell every hour.
