1. Direct supervision:- face to face
2. Indirect supervision:- by help of records &
reports or by some agencies
7. Controlling
Controlling is a systematic exercise which is called as
a process of checking actual performance against the
standards or plans with a view to ensure adequate
progress and also recording such experience as is gained
as a contribution to possible future needs.”
It is regulation of activities in accordance with the
requirements of plan.
Controlling has got two basic purposes
