1. Minutes of meeting
Week 1:
We had frequent meeting.Some of them lasted for an hour and somefor half an
hour. Inmeetings, we started our planning. We did some research inlessons about
the horror genre and the requirements of the brief which were alldiscussed in the
meetings. After that wecreated two plotlines and all the necessary aspects we need
to keep in mind. We also decided to make a slideshow about it.Than we presented
the slideshow and described our plot.
Week 2:
In the meetings of week two, wefinalised one plot. Then we discussed the what are
the requirements to make this film good.After that we started our preparation.All
These happened inthe classroom during our lessons and themeeting lasted for
almost 20 minutes.
Week 3:
The next meetingin week 3, wehad to change theplot because of somesituations. So
our group discussed about a newin a short amount of time. So the meetinglasted
almost anhour. Than started to shot according to the newplot. We had meeting
during the shooting as well to finalise theshots we were using.They did not last
more than five or six minutes.
Week 4:
In our meetings in week 4 , we shot the first scene and discussed what we should do
next. The meeting was held at the end of our lesson on Monday.
Before going to shoot the second scene we had a meeting and decided to use some
certainshots. It took us about 20 minutes to finalise everything.
Reisha was asked to make a list of the shots we are using.
After that we started on thenext scene which was also discussed beforehand in the
meeting.
Than we shot some more scenes and had a meetingat theend of themeeting for 10
minutes.
2. Week 5
Due to the absence of twoof the members, the meetingswere held without them and the
next sceneswere shot without them.
When the missing members came back, we had a meeting todiscuss the progress and to
shot the ending scenes whichwould be contrasted withthe scenes shot without them.
