1. Minutes of meeting
Week 1:
We had frequent meeting. Some ofthem lasted for an hour and some for half an hour. In
meetings, we started our planning. We did some research in lessons about the horror genre and
the requirements ofthe briefwhich were all discussed in the meetings. After that we created
two plotlines and all the necessary aspects we need to keep in mind. We also decided to make a
slideshowabout it. Than we presented the slideshowand described our plot.
Week 2:
In the meetings ofweek two, we finalised one plot. Then we discussed the what are the
requirements to make this film good. After that we started our preparation. All These happened
in the classroom during our lessons and the meeting lasted for almost 20 minutes.
Week 3:
The next meeting in week 3,we had to change the plot because ofsome situations. So our group
discussed about a newin a short amount of time. So the meeting lasted almostan hour. Than
started to shot according to the newplot. We had meeting during the shooting as well to finalise
the shots we were using.They did not last more than five or six minutes.
Week 4:
In our meetings in week 4 , we shot the first scene and discussed what we should do next.The
meeting was held at the end ofour lesson on Monday.
Before going to shootthe second scene we had a meeting and decided to use some certain shots.
It took us about 20 minutes to finalise everything.
Reisha was asked to make a list ofthe shots we are using.
After that we started on the next scene which was also discussed beforehand in the meeting.
Than we shot some more scenesand had a meeting at the end ofthe meeting for 10 minutes.
Week 5
Due to the absence oftwo ofthe members, the meetings were held without them and the next
scenes were shot without them.
When the missing members came back, we had a meeting to discuss the progress and to shot
the ending sceneswhich would be contrasted with the scenes shot without them.
