1. Minutes of meeting
Week 1:
We had frequent meeting. Some of them lasted for an hour and some for half an hour. In
meetings, we started our planning. We did some research in lessons about the horror genre
and the requirements of the brief which were all discussed in the meetings. After that we
created two plotlinesand all the necessary aspects we need to keep in mind. We also
decided to make a slideshow about it. Than we presented the slideshowand described our
plot.
Week 2:
In the meetings of week two, we finalised one plot. Then we discussed the what are the
requirements to make this filmgood. After that we started our preparation. All These
happened in the classroom during our lessons and the meeting lasted for almost 20
minutes.
Week 3:
The next meeting in week 3, we had to change the plot because of some situations. So our
group discussed about a newin a short amount of time. So the meeting lasted almost an
hour. Thanstarted to shot according to the new plot. We had meeting duringthe shooting
as well to finalise the shots we were using. They did not last more than five or six minutes.
Week 4:
In ourmeetings in week 4 , we shot the first scene and discussed what we should do next.
The meeting washeld at the end of our lesson on Monday.
Before going to shoot the second scene we had a meeting and decided to use some certain
shots. It took usabout 20 minutes to finalise everything.
Reisha was asked to make a list of the shotswe are using.
After that we started onthe next scene which was also discussed beforehand in the
meeting.
Than we shot some more scenesand had a meeting at the end of the meeting for 10 minutes.
Week 5
Due to the absence of twoof the members, the meetingswere held without them and the
next sceneswere shot without them.
2. When the missing members came back, we had a meeting todiscuss the progress and to
shot the ending scenes whichwould be contrasted withthe scenes shot without them.
