2. Parts of the puzzle
• How we produce energy
• How thoughts affect the body
• How cancer works and what it needs
• How the pieces fit together
3. How do we create energy?
• To understand how thought creates cancer –
you need to know some things about cancer
• Cells produce energy in two ways:
1. By converting GTP into ATP(Energy)
2. Glucose fermentation
• Healthy cells have enough GDP
• In cancerous cells there isn’t enough GDP
4. Thoughts and Stress
• Thoughts are merely a way of creating emotion
• Negative thoughts create stress
• Positive thoughts relieve stress
• Stress causes the body to release cortisol
• Cortisol does a number of things in the body:
1. Switches off the immune system
2. Depletes the body of adrenaline
5. Cancer – what it needs
• Cancer needs a few things to survive:
1. Glucose Fermentation
2. PH
3. Broken Immune system
4. High Glucose environment
• Cancer survives on energy produced from
glucose using glucose fermentation
• Cancer thrives and causes acid PH
• Cancer only thrives where immune system is
depleted
6. Thoughts create environment
• Negative thoughts create excess cortisol
• Adrenaline stores are depleted by constant
stress
• Cells need adrenaline for respiration
• If there is no adrenaline the cells begin to
replace respiration with fermentation – the cell
becomes pre-cancerous
• Stress is therefore one of the reasons why cells
start turning into cancerous cells!
7. Thoughts create environment
• Stress creates excess cortisol
• Cortisol switches the body into fight or flight
• In fight of flight the immune system is
switched OFF
• Therefore stress creates the perfect
environment for cancer to thrive by
immobilizing the immune system!
8. Thoughts create environment
• Cortisol regulates the pH level of the body
• Excess cortisol causes body pH to rise
• A rise in pH means the body becomes acidic
• Cancer loves acidic pH and then adds to the
acid levels of the body!
9. Thoughts create environment
• Cancer thrives in areas of high glucose
concentrations
• Cortisol switches body into fight or flight
• In fight or flight glucose production is
increased
• Cortisol therefore create the perfect
environment for cancer cells to take hold and
thrive
10. Summary
• You can control your thoughts
• Your thoughts control emotion
• Negative emotions cause cortisol release
• Excess cortisol creates the perfect environment
for cancer:
• Shuts down the immune system
• Creates acidic environment
• Increases glucose within the system
• Changes energy production from aerobic to fermentation
