The Sky’s the Limit
AirAsia The Sky's the Limit

leading low fare airline. By using a strong slogan "Now Everyone Can Fly" AirAsia has successful
created its image in passengers' mind.

Nevertheless, it may counter many competitions from existing and new entry, in order to maintain
competition advantage, AirAsia will have to take advantage of its ability to generate cost advantage
in many value chains.

Global airlines would not meet expected profit due to high oil price and turmoil in Japan, North
Africa and Middle East. Nonetheless, According to Centre for APA, Asia pacific capacity continues
strong trend. In the first quarter 2011, LCCs grows a number of services by 20%.
The challenges faced by AirAsia
Legal constraints
Legality plays a very important role in the performance of any business activity. Being a service
provider in low–cost, Air Asia is subjected to aviations regulations, policies and restricted by the
government on every transaction such as landing, flying and other rights of local airport. Also, it
depends on geography and infrastructure of Asia, and passenger's fondness. For instance, the
government might favour certain airline than the others. With this major issue, it is difficult for the
survival of the airline company.
Increased competition Competition is another major aspect to be considered. The company should
have a good competitive advantage over the other aviation companies to exist and survive in the

Airline Marketing Plan
Executive Summary
1.0 Executive Summary
Puddle Jumpers Airlines, Inc. is a new consumer airline in its formative stages. It is being organized
to take advantage of a specific gap in the short–haul domestic travel market. The gap exists in low
cost service out of Anytown, U.S.A. The gap in the availability of low cost service in and out of the
Anytown hub coupled with the demand for passenger travel on selected routes from Anytown
indicates that a new entrant airline could be expected to capture a significant portion of current air
travel business at that hub.
The management of Puddle Jumpers is experienced in airline start–ups. Previously management

Marketing; either dealing with channel problems and barriers to entry; or solving problems with
major advertising and promotion budgets. Targeted market share must be achieved even amidst
expected competition. Product quality. Always with safety foremost. Services delivered on time,
costs controlled, marketing budgets managed. There is a temptation to fix on growth at the expense
of profits. Also, rapid growth will be curtailed in order to keep maintenance standards both strict and
measurable. Cost control. The over–all cost per ASM (available seat mile) is pegged at 7.0 cents or
less in 1996 dollars. This ASM factor places Puddle Jumpers in a grouping of the lowest four in the
airline industry within the short–haul market. (US Air, the dominate carrier in the Anytown market,
averages 12.0 cents per ASM by comparison). The only three airlines with lower operating costs
also operate older and less reliable equipment, and even then the lowest short–haul cost in the airline
industry is currently Southwest at 6.43 cents per ASM.

"Anything, Anytime, Anywhere, Professionally – Air America". This signature phrase the company
lived by, and they earned it through countless missions and thousands of flight hours according to
Robbins (1979). While the story of Air American is long and complex, I will provide you with a
brief history of the corporation, from its origins stemming from WW2, to the final days during the
fall of Saigon, while highlighting a few of the brave men who flew for the airline. The involvement
of Air American in Southeast Asia, has been shrouded in mystery, and has left many wondering what
their true mission was. To the men who flew for Air America there was no mystery, it was a way to

The Paris Accord called for the drawdown and removal of U.S. troops from Vietnam, and American
sentiment at this time was to end the war. The U.S. ended its bombing campaign in the North and
reduced its numbers greatly, subsequently the NVA attacked, and moved into the south. Air

The Causes And Negative Effects Of MH370
His mother's clothes still hang in the wardrobe; no one wants to move them. "We still hope she'll be

maybe half a per cent – but I still keep the hope." (para.1,2014)
Over nine months after Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 turned up gone in transit from Kuala
Lumpur to Beijing, the groups of the 239 travellers and team individuals on board are no closer to
comprehending what has happened to their friends and family.
There are several causes and negative effects of plane tragedy MH370 to Malaysia.(thestar.com).
Based on a AFP from Hanoi, After around 12 hours from the midnight till morning of losing contact
with the MH370 aircraft, the local authorities could not trace them. They claim that they lost contact
with the aircraft approximately two hour after departure that is 2:40am Malaysia time on Friday

The Shortage Of Airline Pilots Essay
There is a shortage in airline pilots which has caused delays long layovers, and late arrivals. This is
in part due to the cost of becoming a pilot. Both government regulations and cost to the private
individual and public option has choked the ability for individual to start on the journey of aviation.
Garvey (2016) from the American pilot association also list these and other contributors in Aviation
Week & Space Technology, p15–15. 1p. (Pilot Population–Commercial and Private–Dwindling)
DUNS Number: 003251972
Every decade or so the alarm sounds: Big Trouble, Not Enough Pilots! And claxons are howling
again, right on schedule.
The causes of the latest calamity, which some say is already here, are several and include: retirement
of Vietnam–era pilots, reduction in the military pipeline, increased air travel and a law demanding
co–pilots achieve 1,500 flight hours and an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate––only to be met
with a "you–want–fries–with–that" pay scale in spite of these costly attainments. The pilot shortage
is headlining the Regional Airline Association 's convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, May 9–12.
He also reflects on the cost and cheap commercial airfares. Stating that "As with the commercial
pilot crisis, money is a major factor. Owning and operating a light aircraft can be expensive. A new
Cirrus SR22 costs $500,000; monthly hangar rent can run $350–1,000 or more; avgas averages $6
per gal.

American Airlines Benefits
American Airlines has a great system for rewarding frequent fliers with air miles, and there are so
many helpful ways to use them. With all of the various options, we saw it fit to bring you the very
best ways to get the most from your rewards. Find out how to get the biggest benefits below!
Number Eight: Use the Off–Peak Season
One great feature offered by American Airlines is the ability to take advantage of their off–peak

Hawaii that might cost 17,500 miles would only cost 12,500 miles if you choose the right date.

You don't even have to use the card– it just has to be linked up to your account. This discount can be
redeemed up to 10,000 miles per year.
Number Five: Fly Cathay First Class
Flying Cathay first class to Asia is by far one of the greatest deals on the market. The first class
cabins, service, and convenience surpass any other route, and you receive the most for your miles.
Number Four: Fly Qantas Business Class
Another great bang–for–your–buck seat that serves as a great loyalty reward is the Qantas business
class route. With this option, you can get an international stop added to your domestic flight for only
an additional 37,500 miles. Deals with Qantas are hard to find sometimes, but they usually appear
right at the last minute.
Number Three: Oneworld Explorer Awards
Oneworld is a bit stricter that the American Airlines system you are used to, but it really does help to
add on the benefits. Basically, you get awards based on distance travelled. These awards help mainly
for international trips, but it's great if you're a world traveler!

JetBlue Airways:
Regaining Altitude after the Valentine's Day Massacre of 2007
A Submission to the Arthur W. Page Society Case Study Competition
2 Abstract Valentine's Day 2007 changed the course of history for JetBlue Airways. The upstart
low–fare airline – which had enjoyed unprecedented acclaim from customers and industry observers
– suddenly found itself in the midst of its first major operational catastrophe. A winter storm that
enveloped the New York metropolitan region and JetBlue's hub at John F. Kennedy International
Airport left hundreds of the company's passengers stranded in the terminal, and worse, in planes on
the tarmac. The flight disruptions at JFK plunged JetBlue's entire operation into chaos, forcing the

JetBlue was the brainchild of David Neeleman, an industry visionary who promised to "bring
humanity back to air travel."9 Neeleman, who was born in Brazil but grew up in Utah as part of a
large Mormon family, was no stranger to start–up airlines.10 He helped to build Morris Air, a Utah–
based airline that Southwest acquired in 1993 for $129 million.11 Neeleman leveraged his industry
experience and connections to create a company that would boast a fleet of brand new airplanes, low
fares, and a host of customer–friendly embellishments that legacy carriers and other start–ups would
be hard–pressed to match. Neeleman envisioned treating JetBlue's customers – never referred to as
passengers – to comfy and wide leather seats, paperless ticketing, and exceptional service by flight
crew members. Every seat would come equipped with a television that featured dozens of free
channels provided by satellite signal. Finally, to keep costs down, JetBlue would offer a virtually
unlimited supply of appealing in–flight snacks instead of soggy meals that no one really wanted.12
Backed by an impressive capital reserve, Neeleman's plan worked far sooner than even the most
optimistic industry observers predicted. With its new airplanes and flights to and from previously
underserved markets, JetBlue quickly shot to the top of J.D. Power and Associates' customer
satisfaction surveys.13 Based at New

United Airlines: A Very Brief History Of Flight
History of Flight Throughout 20th century, two pioneering aviators and inventors, Orville and
Wilbur Wright, turned human's dream of flying into a reality. Although they were not the first to
build and fly an aircraft, the Wright brothers made, the world's first power–driven heavier–than–air
machine and aircraft that could be controlled while in the air. Before aircraft was invented, human
tried to imitate bird's posture to fly across the sky by building ornithopters, which was a designed to
fly by flapping its wings. Therefore, Wright Brothers' invention shaped our culture and changed the
way we view our world . Wright Brothers developed their interest in flying after they read about the

This merger gave an opportunity to United to cover its routes in the entire United States. In 1968,
the holding company reorganized and renamed as UAL Corporation. The reorganization led to
United Airlines become a wholly own subsidiary. (5) On the other hand, another America's most
widely recognized airlines, Pan American Airways, also helped the development of airline. Under
the administration of Juan Trippe, founder of Pan American Airways, they launched first regularly
scheduled international flight by U.S. airline and first flying mail between Key West, Florida, and
Havana, and Cuba. At one time, their brandname was one of the most recognized in the world,
second only to Coca–Cola. (6) After graduating from Yale in 1920, Trippe used his father's
inheritance to buy nine Curtiss JN–4 "Jenny", biplanes built by the Curtiss Aeroplane Company, for
Long Island Airways; However, this airline was unable to generate enough revenue and it failed.
Then, Trippe with two wealthy friends from Yale organized another airline, Colonial Air Transport,
after the Air Mail Act of 1925. They won the first airmail contract between New York and Boston.
Nonetheless, they failed again because a dispute among stockholders soon resulted in the sale of the
company and they were excluded from any decision and their airline.

Most importantly it leaves them with very little reaction time. So in the initial phase not much
competition is faced.
Good will among early customers
Happy at having struck a profitable deal the customers are ready to come back to the manufacturer
in future. This goodwill created also leads to further promotion of the product through "word of
mouth".
Cost efficiency
The emphasis on keeping the price low helps in controlling the cost thereby cost efficiency is
achieved.
Competitors are kept at bay
If a manufacturer adopts penetration pricing and lowers the price of his products or services he may
stop competitors from entering the market. This happens because now the competitors will have to
enter the market at lower than existing prices. This reduces their profit not to mention the risk they
face as new entrants in acquiring market share.
Channel benefit
As this technique creates a quick turnover it keeps its retailers and distributers happy.
Disadvantages of predatory pricing The customer expects the prices to remain low for a long term.
They are not ready for the subsequent rise in the price and when it happens they might switch to a
competitor's product. Thus subsequent price hike leads to loss of market share

Future of Passenger Aircraft
The future of passenger aircraft and their manufactures has an amazing outlook. Every year the
brightest minds in aviation compile the greatest technological advances towards creating the safest
and most economical aircraft on the planet. No detail is over looked, and the bottom dollar is the all
controlling factor. From private aircraft to public aircraft, space exploration and beyond, the future
is bright for the passenger aircraft market, and everyone who purchases air travel should be excited
to see how industry unfolds.
Let's kick this off! For me, this topic hits home and in my pocket. My uncle, retired Coast Guard

Benefits Of A Large Global Market Consists Of Malaysia...
Malaysia Airlines is a world–renowned flag carrier that commenced operation in 1972. The airline
serves as a symbol of national pride after the formation of Malaysia in 1963, and continues to
operate to this day. Following the tumultuous events in recent times, the government carrier has
tragically suffered two fatal blows to their brand reputation. Arbitrary missing flights as well as
missile shootings forced the company to rethink its strategies.
Strengths – Appealing to a large global market consists of Malaysia Airlines' many strengths.
Operating to and from numerous routes via its home base in Kuala Lumpur, its multi–cabin fleet of

Prior to the mishaps, the contrasting blue–red coloured moon kite, represented "grace in motion but
also thrust and dynamism" and is still internationally recognised today. Relative to its branding
image, Cabin crew that work for Malaysia Airlines are required to display a hospitable and
courteous representation of Malay culture, and show this through their daily duties on and off
schedule. "Learning how to walk elegantly is just a small component of a training regime that takes

social etiquette." (Platt, 2009) Training durations continue for several months to ensure the comfort,
pleasure, and most importantly the safety of all passengers. Malaysia Airlines' importance in the
Asian Market also plays a role in the airlines strengths.
The airline has a greater regional seat capacity than competing airlines such as Thai airways,
Vietnam and Garuda. In fact, of the 15 of the 16 destinations added to the One world network by

Weaknesses – As of the 8th of March 2014, none other than the ill–reputed MH370 aircraft had lost

The History Of The Airline Industry
The history of the airline industry has proven to be one of the most turbulent and unreliable
industries to date. Many airlines have found ways to succeed, or simply keep their heads above
water, while other companies have not been so lucky. We 've seen legacy airlines such as Pan
American and Trans World Atlantic, who once reigned the industry, fall beyond recovery into
bankruptcy and forced to shut down, while other airlines have become very successful. One airline
that has been able to make air travel a profitable business is Continental Airlines. Continental
Airlines was founded in 1934 as a very prosperous company and over their colorful 64–year history
has experienced both tremendous success and extreme difficulty.
Walter Varney and Louis Mueller originally founded Continental Airlines as Varney Speed Lines.
The concept of their company was to operate airmail and passenger services in the American
Southwest over a route originating from El Paso, Texas, to Pueblo, Colorado. Commencing
operations in the Lockheed Vega, in the first month they carried 860 pounds of mail and 9
passengers. In 1934, Robert F. Six saw an opportunity and bought into the Southwest division of
Varney Speed Lines. Soon after in 1936, Mueller sold 40 percent of the company shares to Robert
Six who then gained control of the company. One year later Six changed the name to Continental
Airlines and moved its headquarters to Denver, Colorado, which would become the airline's central
hub for the next

History of FedEx
How "Absolutely, Positively Overnight!" Came To Be
Mark Twain once said, "The man with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds". This phrase
could be applied to Fred Smith and Federal Express. From their beginnings in Little Rock, Arkansas
in the early 70's delivering 186 packages overnight to 25 U.S. cities, to three decades later parlaying
it's $20 billion dollar corporation into no less than five major operation companies. FedEx has
become the world's leader in global express transportation, providing fast delivery of documents,
packages and freight shipments worldwide. As a result, the name "Fed Ex" is used in much the same
manner as name "Band Aid" has today. Many use this term generically ... Show more content on

Only one minor American passenger line had flourished for any length of time – Aeromarine
Airways. After a number of widely publicized accidents in the ocean off of Florida, Aeromarine was
in decline, and was also turning the financial community against investments in airline enterprises.
Americans remained skeptical about air travel, and while not as fast as planes, ground transportation
was much safer. There were no strong objections however to improving an existing government
service. So it happened that organized air transport in the U.S. started with flying the mail. And the
way the early airmail service developed provided the springboard that would enable American
commercial aviation, by the late 1920s, to catch up with the Europeans and then to surpass them
(Air Mail 158).
The air freight industry was a dull and unpromising business until the 1960's when commercial
airlines jumped into the competition in an all–out effort to attract business from the nation's
industrial firms. Commercial airlines struggled to make a profit. They were convinced that putting
cargo in the extensive belly space below the passenger deck could be a lucrative profit center. Delta,
Eastern and United and others continued their all–cargo service during the remainder of that decade
despite questions about the profitability of such service. Most of the carriers lost money
continuously from 1961 through 1973 and largely

A Tale Of Two Airlines Summary
'A Tale of Two Airlines' written by Christopher Elliot explores the realm of no–frill discount airline
carries which are both highly successful while using completely separate tactics. While Elliot does a
decent job of providing backing evidence for each point made in his "argument" he never really
takes a defiant stance against one airline carrier or the other. In the following paragraphs I will
analyze both his arguments against Southwest airlines and Spirit Airlines and try to give my
interpretation on how his arguments could have been improved as a whole. Christopher seems to
respect the foundations of Southwest airlines a good bit during his entire argument, so far as to call
Southwest Airlines the "hero" of the financially conservative airline carrier service providers. A
great single example of this is provided in the essay by explain how routinely Southwest Airlines
will disregard concrete customer service agreements to better provide a pleasant experience for the
purchaser. The specific illustration of this is painted by the author as he explains what happened to a
retired engineer named Mr. Robert Siegel and his wife Ruth. Apparently, the Dallas based airline
fully refunded the couple for their flights within a week after Mrs. Siegel's doctor highly advised her
to cancel her trip to Philadelphia after diagnosing her with sever lung cancer. This example pulled
by the author Elliot is a solid representation of how customer service oriented the airline carrier truly
is. He expands upon this argument by providing a much needed second example of Southwest going
the extra mile for is customers by briefly explaining an instance where a pilot help the plan for a
passenger so the customer could make his grandson's funeral and not miss his flight. Elaborating
upon no hidden fees, ticket change fees, or extra baggage Christopher goes the distance in his
seemingly "pro" Southwest airlines argument. However, he balances the praise well including the
information that prices can sometimes be significantly higher than the competitions at times and
skimming over the fact that the airline only has a single class for passengers could potentially turn
away many higher class travelers. Overall, his argument towards

Company Background
In 1916, William Boeing founded an aircraft manufacturing company in the Puget Sound region of
Washington State. Boeing, who had made his fortune in the timber industry of the
Northeast, had moved to the West Coast in
1903–the same year the Wright Brothers made their famous first flight–and became fascinated with
flying after he attended the 1910 Air Meet in Los Angeles. Soon after, he began building plancs as a
hobby with Navy engineer Conrad
Westervelt. Their first plane, the B&W, named for their initials, was a 27.5–foot seaplane that had a
top speed of 75 mph. Westervelt was relocated to the East Coast before the plane was completed, but
Boeing stayed in Washington, launching the Pacific Aero Products Company
(which he renamed, one year later, "the Boeing
Airplane Company"). His first customer was the government of New Zealand, which used the
B&W for airmail and pilot training. Boeing's new company really took flight, however, when the
Navy ordered 53 training sea planes as the United

The agency noted that the delays set off a number of quarrels between customers and low–cost
carriers for failing to provide satisfactory explanations or solutions. At other times, the website
reported, the carriers didn 't make staff available to answer questions.
The carriers were accused of being poor problem solvers, as they usually informed passengers of the
delays or cancellation at the last possible minute, and repeatedly changed flight times.
Many passengers complained to local media about a tendency for local airlines to only inform
passengers of cancellations a couple hours before the scheduled departure time or after they have
waited a couple hours at the airport.
When the carriers sent text messages to passengers about the delays, they did not apologize and
failed to provide an explanation or compensation for the inconvenience.
Worse still, many passengers at the airport were not provided with food while waiting for their
flights to be resumed.
Lack of proper punishments seems to be a problem in the country 's aviation industry, which has
seen sharp increases in the rates of delays and cancellations recently.

1. Demographic force
Job catalogue and income aspects are the key focuses of Airasia for targeting the
segmentation(Kotler et al, 2010). Most the customers of Airasia are students and low or middle class
income people. Students and low incomes people are likely to concern more about fare price, while
middle income people want a balance between price and quality. Eventually, Asia is becoming the
potential market of the world and this creates more opportunities for traveling and carrier services
especially in Asia Pacific region.
2. Geographic force
Choosing and activating flight destinations of an airline is critically important, as it will affect the
productive of market scale and business expanding trend (Kotler et al, 2010). For Airasia, the
current cities and countries that it is mostly operating are the big cities in Asia and no local flight in
one destination country. This tactic can achieve the faster expanding market goal (AirAsia Annual
Report, 2010).
3. Culture force
The customers' consumption propensities are differential as national differences (Jones & Miskell,
2007) which mean of differences in culture. However, Asia has tried to build up a mixture of
cultures and to give different experiences to its customers. In general, Asia cultures prefers to spend
less money and save more, thus spending too expensive flight ticket for traveling is still not an

Tale Of Two Airlines Analysis
Two airlines go head to head as major competitors in "A Tale of Two Airlines" by Christopher
Elliott. The good and the evil are Southwest Airlines and Spirit Airlines. What makes these two
airlines stand out in the crowd? Economical airfare rates that consumers love.
Spirit on one hand has low airfare but quite hefty add–ons that are not always popular with the

the large airports each hour of the day. One of the ways the airport terminal use has caught much
attention and some cases has been banned because when you go through the machine it appears to

airport security technology that critics say performs 'a virtual strip search' and produces 'naked'
pictures of passengers, CNN has learned. (Ravitz, 2009. para. 1) The machines were designed to
keep passengers safe, by detecting all type of items that the normal wand or security machine did
not pick up. The passengers

Neeleman envisioned treating JetBlue's customers – never referred to as passengers – to comfy and wide leather seats, paperless ticketing, and exceptional service by flight crew members. Every seat would come equipped with a television that featured dozens of free channels provided by satellite signal. Finally, to keep costs down, JetBlue would offer a virtually unlimited supply of appealing in–flight snacks instead of soggy meals that no one really wanted.12 Backed by an impressive capital reserve, Neeleman's plan worked far sooner than even the most optimistic industry observers predicted. With its new airplanes and flights to and from previously underserved markets, JetBlue quickly shot to the top of J.D. Power and Associates' customer satisfaction surveys.13 Based at New ... One airline that has been able to make air travel a profitable business is Continental Airlines. Continental Airlines was founded in 1934 as a very prosperous company and over their colorful 64–year history has experienced both tremendous success and extreme difficulty. Walter Varney and Louis Mueller originally founded Continental Airlines as Varney Speed Lines. The concept of their company was to operate airmail and passenger services in the American Southwest over a route originating from El Paso, Texas, to Pueblo, Colorado. Commencing operations in the Lockheed Vega, in the first month they carried 860 pounds of mail and 9 passengers. In 1934, Robert F. Six saw an opportunity and bought into the Southwest division of Varney Speed Lines. Soon after in 1936, Mueller sold 40 percent of the company shares to Robert Six who then gained control of the company. One year later Six changed the name to Continental Airlines and moved its headquarters to Denver, Colorado, which would become the airline's central hub for the next ... This phrase could be applied to Fred Smith and Federal Express. From their beginnings in Little Rock, Arkansas in the early 70's delivering 186 packages overnight to 25 U.S. cities, to three decades later parlaying it's $20 billion dollar corporation into no less than five major operation companies. FedEx has become the world's leader in global express transportation, providing fast delivery of documents, packages and freight shipments worldwide. Only one minor American passenger line had flourished for any length of time – Aeromarine Airways. After a number of widely publicized accidents in the ocean off of Florida, Aeromarine was in decline, and was also turning the financial community against investments in airline enterprises. Americans remained skeptical about air travel, and while not as fast as planes, ground transportation was much safer. There were no strong objections however to improving an existing government service. So it happened that organized air transport in the U.S. started with flying the mail. And the way the early airmail service developed provided the springboard that would enable American commercial aviation, by the late 1920s, to catch up with the Europeans and then to surpass them (Air Mail 158). The air freight industry was a dull and unpromising business until the 1960's when commercial airlines jumped into the competition in an all–out effort to attract business from the nation's industrial firms. Commercial airlines struggled to make a profit. They were convinced that putting cargo in the extensive belly space below the passenger deck could be a lucrative profit center. Delta, Eastern and United and others continued their all–cargo service during the remainder of that decade despite questions about the profitability of such service. Most of the carriers lost money continuously from 1961 through 1973 and largely ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 47. A Tale Of Two Airlines Summary 'A Tale of Two Airlines' written by Christopher Elliot explores the realm of no–frill discount airline carries which are both highly successful while using completely separate tactics. While Elliot does a decent job of providing backing evidence for each point made in his "argument" he never really takes a defiant stance against one airline carrier or the other. In the following paragraphs I will analyze both his arguments against Southwest airlines and Spirit Airlines and try to give my interpretation on how his arguments could have been improved as a whole. Christopher seems to respect the foundations of Southwest airlines a good bit during his entire argument, so far as to call Southwest Airlines the "hero" of the financially conservative airline carrier service providers. A great single example of this is provided in the essay by explain how routinely Southwest Airlines will disregard concrete customer service agreements to better provide a pleasant experience for the purchaser. The specific illustration of this is painted by the author as he explains what happened to a retired engineer named Mr. Robert Siegel and his wife Ruth. Apparently, the Dallas based airline fully refunded the couple for their flights within a week after Mrs. Siegel's doctor highly advised her to cancel her trip to Philadelphia after diagnosing her with sever lung cancer. This example pulled by the author Elliot is a solid representation of how customer service oriented the airline carrier truly is. He expands upon this argument by providing a much needed second example of Southwest going the extra mile for is customers by briefly explaining an instance where a pilot help the plan for a passenger so the customer could make his grandson's funeral and not miss his flight. Elaborating upon no hidden fees, ticket change fees, or extra baggage Christopher goes the distance in his seemingly "pro" Southwest airlines argument. However, he balances the praise well including the information that prices can sometimes be significantly higher than the competitions at times and skimming over the fact that the airline only has a single class for passengers could potentially turn away many higher class travelers. Overall, his argument towards ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
