MergeTextframes_ID for CS4+ merges standalone text frames to help you accurately preview vertical whitespace between
text blocks, and fix (reassert) space via adding paragraph space above/below.
ePubCrawler for CS3+ to create fixed-layout EPUBs for iBooks and Kobo
Index for EPUB creates linked indexes in EPUBs from InDesign index
(only needed for versions before CC, which includes the live ID index and does the linking)
ShowHideLocalFormatting.jsx for CS4+ to spot-check a story w/visual markup for local overrides
StyLighter.jsx for CS4+ lets you apply non-printing highlight colors to text based on the character or paragraph style
PerfectPrepText.jsx for InDesign CS5+ creates and applies named character styles only to text with local overrides. The
script requires PrepText.jsx (CS4+) at the same level.
