I am writing this memo to inform the CIO, the executives, and the entire employee fraternity about the new information system that is to be implemented in the organization. To begin, I would like to inform the CIO that I cannot handle all the work alone, and in so doing I would like to assemble a team that would work with me hand in hand in ensuring that the new information system is competent and serves the company as expected. I would also take this opportunity to thank the CIO and Executives for untrusting me with this task, which I was so willing to do for the betterment of the entire organization.
Implementation of proposed Information Systems
To begin with, I would like to inform the Chief Information Officer that this new information system has a budget of four million dollars. As you can see, it is less by one million dollars of the money that was allocated by the budgeting committee to the information system, and this aids the company to save on 20% of the money which could be used on something else. Besides, the new information system will have extra functions which include; planning, organizing, directing together with controlling. Planning is defined as the preparation of what is to be done, and by this, the new information system shall be planning on both the short and long term activities of the company. By this, the system will ensure that it established goals as well as develop specific strategies and tactics to achieve them.
The company will need to acquire the latest computer operating system, Mac operating system. This will enable the running of the new computer software that we will also have to obtain for the success of the latest information system. The software will be in charge of the "telling" the hardware what to do, for instance, the functions that I have talked about earlier at the beginning of the memo. The organizations will also have to acquire a data warehouse. This is where all the information would be collected and stored, and retrieval can also be done. The data warehouse will be necessary for the company's massive data which will be kept safe and could be accessed easily as well. Lastly, all these components will require being coordinated in a way, and that would be done by the use of a Local Area Network. The LAN will connect all the computers of the organization to allow communication and sharing of information without having to physically move from one place to another to deliver documents or information.
As we will be transitioning from the old information system to the latest one, all the employees will be required to participate to ensure successful transitioning fully. The change will have to begin from the top members of the organization and move down systematically. We would want to finish the process of transition fast so that we would continue with the daily activities. I want to appe ...

I am writing this memo to inform the CIO, the executives, and
the entire employee fraternity about the new information system
that is to be implemented in the organization. To begin, I would
like to inform the CIO that I cannot handle all the work alone,
and in so doing I would like to assemble a team that would work
with me hand in hand in ensuring that the new information
system is competent and serves the company as expected. I
would also take this opportunity to thank the CIO and
Executives for untrusting me with this task, which I was so
willing to do for the betterment of the entire organization.
Implementation of proposed Information Systems
To begin with, I would like to inform the Chief Information
Officer that this new information system has a budget of four
million dollars. As you can see, it is less by one million dollars
of the money that was allocated by the budgeting committee to
the information system, and this aids the company to save on
20% of the money which could be used on something else.
Besides, the new information system will have extra functions
which include; planning, organizing, directing together with
controlling. Planning is defined as the preparation of what is to
be done, and by this, the new information system shall be
planning on both the short and long term activities of the
company. By this, the system will ensure that it established
goals as well as develop specific strategies and tactics to
achieve them.
The company will need to acquire the latest computer operating
system, Mac operating system. This will enable the running of
the new computer software that we will also have to obtain for
the success of the latest information system. The software will
be in charge of the "telling" the hardware what to do, for
instance, the functions that I have talked about earlier at the
2. beginning of the memo. The organizations will also have to
acquire a data warehouse. This is where all the information
would be collected and stored, and retrieval can also be done.
The data warehouse will be necessary for the company's
massive data which will be kept safe and could be accessed
easily as well. Lastly, all these components will require being
coordinated in a way, and that would be done by the use of a
Local Area Network. The LAN will connect all the computers of
the organization to allow communication and sharing of
information without having to physically move from one place
to another to deliver documents or information.
As we will be transitioning from the old information system to
the latest one, all the employees will be required to participate
to ensure successful transitioning fully. The change will have to
begin from the top members of the organization and move down
systematically. We would want to finish the process of
transition fast so that we would continue with the daily
activities. I want to appeal to the employees to continue with
their work during extra hours, and they will be guaranteed
payment for overtime. During the regular hours, the changes
would continue to be implemented.
Change Management Strategy
Nevertheless, there would probably be some departments that
would resist this new system for various reasons. One of the
ideas would be the terminations of some employees whose
services would not be needed anymore, but I would like to tell
them that if they possess other skill sets, they could reapply for
some positions and those who would be lucky will be re-
employed. I know that the employees are used to their usual
routine and, this change will cause some havoc. I want to ask
the affected to embrace the switch for the better of the
organization, which is larger than a single individual. Other
cases of resistance should be addressed to me personally so that
I would solve them.
Evidence Feasibility
I want to assure the Chief Information Officer, the executives,
3. and the employees that I promise them the best results from
implementing this system. First of all, this system embraces the
new technologies which guarantee that every single product will
be competent and capable. This is unlike the previous system
that was introduced by Susie Jeffer; therefore, we expect better
results from the last year business. The introduction of the new
programs would ensure that the company's data is safely stored
so that they don't fall in the hands of unauthorized people. I
also want to add that enabling change in an organization is not
at all-natural, but the spirit of transition should push us into
finalizing this process so that we could have a better tomorrow.
One of the critical concepts to ensuring this is by accepting
change, which is always essential in developing companies and
organizations.
We might pass through some challenges as we still adapt to the
new system, but it is only natural. Thus I would seek for
persistent from the entire employee body in the organization as
we wait to fruits of our hard work to flourish so that we could
enjoy them at the future dates. Change can be tricky and
frightening, but at the end of the day we will have to get used to
the fact that it happens and it is not the first neither is it the
last, and it is something that will continue to happen for years.
Change is inevitable, and we must move with the times. I have
studied this system, and I am very convinced that it would serve
its purpose very well. We should work together to embrace the
change so that we progress our careers.

Introduction of office Automation System
Introduction
Information System is the software that helps organize and
analyze data. There are different types of information systems.
For example an Executive Support System (ESS) was designed
to help senior management support the business and make
strategic decisions. ESS gathers, analyses and summarizes the
key external and internal information used in everyday business.
Another IS is Decision Support System (DSS) which is and
information system that intend to help users research a decision
when decision making arise. The system compromise techniques
and tools to help collect relevant information analyses the
alternative and choices.
Proposed Information System
Information Technology plays a vital role in dictating the
direction that the company takes towards progress. The
application of the correct IT systems leads to the increase of the
company effectiveness. I would like to present the Office
Automation Systems to the company. It is a computer-based
information system that focuses on the processing, storage and
collection of electronic messages and other communication
forms within the company. It is an important system because it
would improve the office efficiency in terms of communication.
Functions Important to Business
· The data that the systems relies on is the employee
information and functions which plays an important role in the
5. creation of functioning systems that positively focuses on the
direction that the company takes in terms of basic operations.
The integration of the system ensure that all the relevant data
are placed in one central place creating easy time for data
interpretation and other basic services that ought to be perfectly
utilized based on the complication that is involved in the
process. The system enables the accomplishment of complicated
tasks that may prove to be difficult for the company to
effectively manage. Embracing shadow IT could increased
productivity. Shadow IT provides a better user experience that
allows employees to perform more effectively, and this drives
user adoption. Innovation. Shadow IT solutions fill a gap
between what IT currently supports and what an end user needs.
Ability to attract talent. End users are generally more engaged
and productive when they can choose their own systems.
Therefore, allowing shadow IT helps attract and retain high-
performing talent. Ability to attract talent. End users are
generally more engaged and productive when they can choose
their own systems. Therefore, allowing shadow IT helps attract
and retain high-performing talent.
Many methods can be used to pragmatically manage or channel
shadow IT: Embracing shadow IT and listening to employees’
needs can unlock large-scale savings, and the earlier IT engages
with users, the sooner costs can be reduced. While not all tools
work for all users, it is still likely that some tools emerging
from shadow IT will become the solution of choice for the
whole business.
. Data Management
The inclusion the office automation has proven to be effective
in 77% of the organizations that it has been introduced. Ideally,
it is perfect because it is perfect in effective data management,
data storage, data exchange, accuracy, time saving and other
important issues that needs to be perfectly conceptualized to
create better company practices.Transition of System Functions

because it does not have a centralized system that may promote
the adequate running of multiple tasks. It is rather expensive for
the company to adopt to the practice based on the weaknesses
that is associated with the practice.
