Network and Workflow for a Ddata Analytics Company on
Ssports.
A company’s network and workflow play a major roles in
its performance and growth. Different companies consist of rely
on different networks and workflows depending on the
services/tasks they are providing and the number of workers and
members of staff. A network tends to connect workers and
members of staff at different levels of the company. This
network tends to create a good and effective workflow within
the company, hence a company network and workflow go hand
in hand. When creating a network and a workflow of a company,
the workers and members of staff working duration must be
considered in order to achieve a company objective (Moretti,
2017).Also, the mode of employment which may be permanent
or temporary/laying down of workers within a short period of
time, to a large extent determines a company’s network and
workflow. The change of an organizational requirement due to
growth and expansion creates a need for a company to adapt a
new network and workflow. A network in company plays a vital
role of guiding how the company should run its operations.

determine a company’s network and tell us about YOUR
network Comment by Mark O'Connell: Too obvious
My company in the world requires data analysts for to
perform analysisdata analysis allowing them to and make
important strategic decisions and identify opportunities in the
market, and therefore data analysts are becoming very important
vital to our company. Despite this, there are many companies
coming up in the data analysis industry and there every
company must strive for success and overcome high competition
by creating a good network and workflow. There are many ways
different data analysisst companies create their own networks
and workflows so as to achieve their objectives in the market
and fulfill their customer needs. It is essential to have a team of
highly skilled professionals having diverse skills.
We are a startup but we aspire to grow to a full-scale analytics
company whereThe analytics company is we are made up of a
network and a workflow led by the director of analytics,
analytics manager, and data science manager. The director of
analytics is responsible forof managing the analytics and data
science manager, the analytics manager oversees the data
analysts and data engineers dealing with descriptive and
exploratory analytics, while the data science manager manages
the data scientists dealing with prescriptive and predictive
analytics.
The data analytics company will also consist of professionals
from various fields and different qualifications working
together to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.
They include; software engineers, statisticians, Data hygienist,
data architects, data scientist, visualizers, and business analyst.
The software that is used to analyze the data is created by
the software engineer. The software consist systems for
collecting and processing data. Software engineers play a vital
role in guiding using the company using their knowledge and
experience on choosing the best technology and how to
implement it, with the aid of statisticians who provide the
underlying analytic tools. After creating this software, the
software engineers provide advice and education on how they
should be used by other professionals in the company creating a
good network and workflow.
Statisticians keep the workflow by collecting, analyzing,
and interpreting the data. They also provide the best methods to
use in the collecting and analyzing the data for a specific
purpose (Rodriguez 2019). They use program and software
created by software engineer to execute their task.
The data created may not be accurate, useful and relevant.
This creates a need to clean the data to remove this default and
refine it. This work is done by the data hygienist in the
company who goes through the data set from the statisticians.
They make the appropriate adjustments using software or in a
manual way. They ensure that data is presentable and stored in a
good way, protecting data from errors that could cause problems
later. Comment by Mark O'Connell: Enough about the staff.
We’re waiting on some definition of your actual network.
The data now moves to the data architect, who structures
the data in a rather meaningful manner. This makes the data to
be readable by various members of the company. They also
create methods of improving the efficiency and quality of data,
assisting the company in implementing the methods. The
gathered data now falls on the hands of the data scientist, who
creates complex analytical models that provide valuable
business information. They require knowledge and experience in
analytics frameworks (J.Y Wee 2008). They acquire the
maximum value from the given data and give a report to the
director of analytics, analytics manager and data science
manager.
Visualizers now come in to ensure that data can be
understood by customers, partners and third parties. They
change the fresh data into a format that can easily be
understood, using tables graphs and videos. There is need to
ensure that all members in the data analytics team understands
the key objectives of the company and are working towards its
achievements. This is enforced by the business analyst, who has
a deep knowledge and experience in the company and the whole
industry. They are able to interact to all members in the
company hierarchy, providing ideas that can be directly
implemented.
All members in the company should appreciate and take
advantage of each other and work through a good network and
workflow. The company can bring in technological
infrastructure in order to improve the capacity of the company
to handle big data.

Significance of the network and workflow of a data analyst
company
For proper running management of the company there is
need to keep monitoring the workflow and the network. A well-
good implemented workflow gives anmakes it easier time to run
and manage other activities in the company. The network and
the workflow therefore have the following significance to a
company.
1. Workflows assist in defining the company processes hence
better decision making. The networks in the company facilitate
easier and faster communication between the managers and
other members in the company. This is done using emails and
instant messenger.
2. Networks provide a good security of files in the company
where managers and other members cannot see each other files.
Workflow are created from the top to the bottom at the personal
job level, giving an insight, control, security and consistency on
the processes of the company. It is easier to correct errors and
damage management.
3. A good workflow process makes it easier to implement the
policies of the company. This is done by documenting of the
policies that are to be used in the processes, hence facilitating
continuity in the company. Networks bring in the concepts of
sharing devices in the company saving on money.
4. A network in the company allows easier data backup, since
data are stored in the file server. Workflow gives a company
consistency and confidence giving customers better services and
as a result increase the number of customers Comment by
Mark O'Connell: What network. This was supposed to be the
topic of this report.
5. Through a workflow, a company is able to identify gaps in its
processes. Managers make proper documentation on the process
and gives employees better definition on the process. A network
allows sharing of files in the company. (Moretti, 2017).
Target customers
The users of this data include:
1. Director of analytics-the director may use this information to
make changes on the company network and workflow.
2. Analytic manager together with data analyst and data
engineers, giving proper guidance the director of analytics and
other employees in the company for implementation.
3. Data science manager with data scientist who use this for
proper management and efficient execution of their work.
Conclusion.
Our company would will have a the potential to give
excellent performance in the industry if this mode ofbecause of
our detailed network and workflow. would be implemented. It
will now be very competitive in the industry and give quality
services to our customers.
Future prospect. Our goal is to see this company excel in the
high competitive industry, by using modern technology in
providing better services to our customers.

impact upon a client group
Suggest ways that policy could be changed to improve the life
outcomes for those with whom you are working.
Part 1
What is this?
Not just describing
Critical analysis – a reminder
Critically examine
What is the political and ideological underpinning of the social
policy?
What is the intended outcome of the policy? Is it achieving this
gaol?
How the policy impacts your client group – both positive and
negative impacts
How is the policy implemented – for example income support as
delivered through Centrelink
Is it the policy or the service delivery that is the problem
Prompt questions
Consider vulnerable populations/clients you work with or those
that interest you.
There are likely to be many policies that impact the group you
choose. It is important to acknowledge the ways that economic
and social policies intersect.
You can select one main policy or several policies for the
purpose of the assignment.
e.g. women – are impacted by economic policy, income support,
parenting payments and family tax benefits, child care support
and many more.
recap
As you have worked through this unit, there are likely to have
been topics or issues that have resonated with your , or really
grated you.
For example, do you feel angry that people on income support
payments appear to be allowed to just sit around and do
nothing? Do you think the government supports them to just do
nothing?
What would happen if there was a continued tightening of
conditions for receiving income support?
Would anyone suffer? Would this matter? Would this impact
society?
Why influence change?
Do you consider the government approach to income support is
punitive?
Does the approach of welfare conditionality under a neoliberal
government leave vulnerable people at risk?
What would drive your approach to intervene in this area of
macro policy compared to the approach you would take if you
fully supported government’s tightening of access to income
support?
Alternatively
It is important to know your current world view and values as
you enter any field of human services practice.
This will ensure that your tactics and strategies for influencing
policy are transparent and appropriate.
Do your own values and philosophy align with those of your
professional association?
Articulate your own theoretical perspective
Develop a framework that you would adopt for influencing
policy change that aligns with your professional values,
standards and ethics.
Second part
Creating your own practice framework for influencing outcomes
to the specific target population
What is a framework?
Why develop a framework for influencing policy?

Understanding the policy making process
Understanding the type of policy – micro, meso, macro
Identifying your strategy for influencing – micro, meso or
macro (or any combination)
Articulating the alignment between your professional values,
standards and ethics and the framework you have created.
Creating your Framework – on how to influence policy change

Running head: NETWORK AND WORKFLOW FOR A DATA ANALYTICS COMPANY 1 NETWORK AND WORKFLOW FOR A DATA ANALYTICS COMPANY 2 Network and Workflow for a Data Analytics Company on Ssports Student Name Nezar Al Massad Institution Name Dr. Mark O'Connell Network and Workflow for a Ddata Analytics Company on Ssports. A company’s network and workflow play a major roles in its performance and growth. Different companies consist of rely on different networks and workflows depending on the services/tasks they are providing and the number of workers and members of staff. A network tends to connect workers and members of staff at different levels of the company. This
  • 3. network tends to create a good and effective workflow within the company, hence a company network and workflow go hand in hand. When creating a network and a workflow of a company, the workers and members of staff working duration must be considered in order to achieve a company objective (Moretti, 2017).Also, the mode of employment which may be permanent or temporary/laying down of workers within a short period of time, to a large extent determines a company’s network and workflow. The change of an organizational requirement due to growth and expansion creates a need for a company to adapt a new network and workflow. A network in company plays a vital role of guiding how the company should run its operations. Comment by Mark O'Connell: Duration?? Comment by Mark O'Connell: What? Laying down?? Comment by Mark O'Connell: OK so stop educating us about the factors that determine a company’s network and tell us about YOUR network Comment by Mark O'Connell: Too obvious My company in the world requires data analysts for to perform analysisdata analysis allowing them to and make important strategic decisions and identify opportunities in the market, and therefore data analysts are becoming very important vital to our company. Despite this, there are many companies coming up in the data analysis industry and there every company must strive for success and overcome high competition by creating a good network and workflow. There are many ways different data analysisst companies create their own networks and workflows so as to achieve their objectives in the market and fulfill their customer needs. It is essential to have a team of highly skilled professionals having diverse skills. We are a startup but we aspire to grow to a full-scale analytics company whereThe analytics company is we are made up of a network and a workflow led by the director of analytics, analytics manager, and data science manager. The director of analytics is responsible forof managing the analytics and data science manager, the analytics manager oversees the data analysts and data engineers dealing with descriptive and
  • 4. exploratory analytics, while the data science manager manages the data scientists dealing with prescriptive and predictive analytics. The data analytics company will also consist of professionals from various fields and different qualifications working together to achieve the goals and objectives of the company. They include; software engineers, statisticians, Data hygienist, data architects, data scientist, visualizers, and business analyst. The software that is used to analyze the data is created by the software engineer. The software consist systems for collecting and processing data. Software engineers play a vital role in guiding using the company using their knowledge and experience on choosing the best technology and how to implement it, with the aid of statisticians who provide the underlying analytic tools. After creating this software, the software engineers provide advice and education on how they should be used by other professionals in the company creating a good network and workflow. Statisticians keep the workflow by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting the data. They also provide the best methods to use in the collecting and analyzing the data for a specific purpose (Rodriguez 2019). They use program and software created by software engineer to execute their task. The data created may not be accurate, useful and relevant. This creates a need to clean the data to remove this default and refine it. This work is done by the data hygienist in the company who goes through the data set from the statisticians. They make the appropriate adjustments using software or in a manual way. They ensure that data is presentable and stored in a good way, protecting data from errors that could cause problems later. Comment by Mark O'Connell: Enough about the staff. We’re waiting on some definition of your actual network. The data now moves to the data architect, who structures the data in a rather meaningful manner. This makes the data to be readable by various members of the company. They also create methods of improving the efficiency and quality of data,
  • 5. assisting the company in implementing the methods. The gathered data now falls on the hands of the data scientist, who creates complex analytical models that provide valuable business information. They require knowledge and experience in analytics frameworks (J.Y Wee 2008). They acquire the maximum value from the given data and give a report to the director of analytics, analytics manager and data science manager. Visualizers now come in to ensure that data can be understood by customers, partners and third parties. They change the fresh data into a format that can easily be understood, using tables graphs and videos. There is need to ensure that all members in the data analytics team understands the key objectives of the company and are working towards its achievements. This is enforced by the business analyst, who has a deep knowledge and experience in the company and the whole industry. They are able to interact to all members in the company hierarchy, providing ideas that can be directly implemented. All members in the company should appreciate and take advantage of each other and work through a good network and workflow. The company can bring in technological infrastructure in order to improve the capacity of the company to handle big data. Network Diagram Comment by Mark O'Connell: You misunder6stood. This is a company org chart – this is not a Network Diagram. Workflow Diagram
