TeamRaiser is a complete online event fundraising software solution with tools to help you recruit, maximize participant fundraising, and maintain momentum long after the event.
TeamRaiser powers thousands of events each year.
According to the Run Walk Ride Fundraising Council’s 2010 Top Thirty Survey (Feb 2011), TeamRaiser powered seven of the top ten events. TeamRaiser clients within the Top 30 raised over $1 billion.
With TeamRaiser, you can:
Empower participants to recruit new constituents and fundraise in support of your organization.
Tap into the personal networks of your strongest supporters and mobilize volunteers online.
Supporters can create fundraising webpages and send donation appeals via email to their family and friends.
Supporters will find it easy to register, recruit teammates, and start raising money quickly.
The TeamRaiser Participant Center houses the tools that can help make your participants more successful in their fundraising efforts, including:
A Home tab for orienting and guiding participants
An Email tab from which they can quickly and easily send email messages to solicit monetary support from family and friends
A Progress tab so they can monitor their progress towards the fundraising goal they have set
A Personal Page tab that they can edit to tell their story and inspire others to give
Demo the existing Participant Center by signing someone up for Steps Toward Recovery.
The Home tab is your place to have relevant content with tips and advice for your Participants.
Take advantage of Messages, What To Do Next?, and the HTML content section to put text, videos, conditional content, etc.
The Email tab is where you can provide Suggested Messages for your participants.
If participants have to do too much work, they’re not going to reach out to as many people. Take the effort away from them!
The Progress tab is where you can choose if your participants can enter their own offline gifts.
The Personal Page tab is where we can encourage participants to create a custom URL for easier sharing of their personal page and allow them to add meaningful content – including photos and videos -- to share their message with others.
