12. Steps to Add A Dashboard
1 On the navigation bar, click Dashboard.
2 Click New.
3 Enter a name to easily identify the dashboard.
4 In the Available Panels box, click a panel and then click Add. Repeat for
each panel that you want on the dashboard page.
5 Use the arrow buttons to arrange the panels in the order that you want them
to display.
6 In the Selected Panels box, click a panel and click Edit to set the panel
properties.
7 Use the available options to define the information that displays in the panel.
8 Click OK to save the panel.

Accounts Payable Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank vendors based on balances,
display invoices due, and open purchase orders.
Accounts
Receivable
Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank clients based on activity, and
display analyses of revenue, collections, service, sales, and cash receipts.
Fixed Assets Track projections of depreciation and book value, provide a list of asset acquisitions, and rank assets
based on values you select.
General Ledger Track general ledger activity within your organization. View summaries of income statement and
balance sheet information, accounts that are over budget, percentages of expenses and revenues,
and cash flows. Track revenue and expenses for selected projects and a project’s percentage of an
allocation pool.
Cash Receipts Provides a Cash Receipts Analysis panel which displays cash receipts for selected categories. This
panel is shared with Accounts Receivable.
Payroll Panels provide high-level measurement and statistical information about your employees and
employee payments.
Student Billing Track aging information based on your organization’s aging periods, rank payers based on activity,
and display analyses of revenue, collections, service, sales, and cash receipts.
Shared Panels Panels shared among programs can provide a ranking of users based on their activity.
