Profile: IT Support Engineer at Nielsen India (Pvt.) Ltd
Roles and Job Responsibilities:
• Managing Network and Systems for more than 300 Desktops/Laptops in Delhi
Research office, Delhi CRS and RMS Field office.
• Planning, implementing & troubleshooting LAN. The job involves routine
administration, maintenance and backup of the data, along with giving support to
the users for software.
• Printer troubleshooting, Software troubleshooting and Hardware
troubleshooting.
• Managing the team and motivate them to render the best services.
• Played an instrumental role in setting up and installation of IT systems and
servers in the newly shifted office in Gurgaon.
• Timely respond to calls and E-mails from users on desktop, network and printer

series of servers and coordinate with the supported vendor in case of any
server break down calls.

break down calls.
• Analyzing various vendor call reports for average resolution time & failure
rate.
• Establishing good relations with vendors to get the best services for end user.

• Taking care of branches’ asset collection as per quarterly refresh and growth
