TIAA–CREF is a Fortune 100 financial services organization that is the leading retirement provider
for people who work in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields. ReconNET is a
reconciliation package used by finance and actuarial to provide business with a means of ensuring the integrity
and accuracy of the financial transactions which flow from various pension applications and the corresponding
transactions on the ledgering system. ReconNET is also used as a tool for identifying discrepancies and
recording the variances for business to research and remediate.
Responsibilities:
• Developed queries by creating Stored Procedures and Views in SQL Server 2008 database.
• Used Non-clustered Index to improve query performance.
