  1. Wij stellen ons vandaag graag aan u voor als Groep Securex. De core business van Securex is “HR”, in de ruime zin van het woord. Soms géven wij een antwoord op uw vragen, soms zijn we zelf ook de oplossing . Wij leveren met andere woorden consulting services maar ook operationele dienstverlening .
  2. Waar werken we zoal rond? IN: rekrutering & selectie, assessment centers, onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers, functiebeschrijvingen THROUGH: cfr. tabel OUT: cfr. tabel Om onze opdrachten tot een succes te maken: We zijn er ons van bewust dat elk project op zich een zekere change meedraagt. Zowel kleine als grote veranderingen krijgen onze volle aandacht vanwege onze ervaring in Change management Een goeie communicatie met de juiste boodschap naar alle stakeholders bepaalt het succes van uw project. Hiermee staat of valt uw project. Bij de start van een project is het zinvol om een HR Audit of scan door te voeren. Zo heeft u een duidelijk zicht op de huidige situatie en is het makkelijker om de volgende stappen te bepalen. Hoe ziet onze dienstverlening er dan uit? drie mogelijkheden: HR Outsourcing : een consultant neemt in uw organisatie tijdelijk een HR rol op (als recruiter, als comp & ben officer, als training coordinator, als HR Manager,…) HR (Products &) Projects : afhankelijk van de problematiek van de klant/op maat van de klant geven onze consultants ondersteuning in het project HR Training & coaching : u en/of uw team opleiden en coachen zodat u zelf uw project kan doen, zodat u zelf de HR vraag die ter tafel ligt, kan oplossen Elke opdracht van de klant zien we als een project en benaderen we volgens onze methodologie. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat elke inspanning leidt tot een groter doel. Project management is ons sleutelwoord. Voorbeeld ikv deliverables en ‘Rekrutering & Selectie’: Bij zwangerschapsverlof van een HR medewerker kan een consultant van Securex tijdelijk haar rol als ‘recruiter’ overnemen. We kunnen uw rekruteringsproces herbekijken, de gaps identificeren en het proces aldus efficiënter maken. Een ander voorbeeld kan zijn dat wanneer een HR medewerker uw organisatie verlaat, wij op zoek gaan naar een nieuwe medewerker. Wenst u uw medewerker(s) rekrutering & selectie nog sterker te maken in interviews, dan kunnen we een opleiding verzorgen rond bijvoorbeeld interviewskills en eventueel verruimen met individuele coaching. Voorbeeld ikv deliverables en ‘Training & Development’: Twee training managers verlaten uw organisatie? Hoe moet u dit rechthouden? Een consultant kan u tijdelijk ondersteunen. We kunnen u helpen bij het uittekenen én implementeren van uw Training, Development & Coaching strategie binnen de organisatie. Maar we kunnen u ook helpen bij de optimalisering van uw leveranciers op het vlak van training zodat u werkt met prefered partners. U kiest ervoor om zelf de competenties in huis te halen en uw HR team op te leiden in het voeren van development gesprekken? Ook hierin kunnen we aansluitend een individuele coaching voorzien. Voorbeeld ikv deliverables en ‘Herstructurering’: U sluit een departement en moet voor de medewerkers een nieuwe functie zoeken? Onze consultant kan bij u ter plaatse een Jobcenter oprichten die alle vacatures en kandidaturen beheert. U kiest ervoor dat wij uw jobcenter helpen oprichten en begeleiding voorzien naar de medewerkers toe in ‘wie ben ik?’, ‘wat kan ik?’ en ‘waar wil ik naartoe?’, al dan niet via development centers. We kunnen ook uw HR team trainen in het houden van begeleidingssessies voor uw medewerkers.
