of the printing industry had not changed for 100 years.
In 1994, MOSAIC made the choice to stray from the
industry norm and become a leader in the waterless printing
process. Not only would it give our clients better quality, but
it was much friendlier to the environment. MOSAIC’s owners,
being fathers themselves, took personally the responsibility that
we all have to leave the earth cleaner for future generations.
MOSAIC was one of about 60 companies
in the country to invest in the environmentally-
friendly print technology. Today, we still print
waterless. We stand proudly with the handful of
printers who have remained dedicated in their
conviction to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly
printed products for their customers.

▶ MOSAIC is 100% wind powered.
We purchase over 3,000,000
kilowatt hours from wind farms in
Western Pennsylvania.
▶ The amount of wind power
purchased by MOSAIC is
equivalent to the annual electric
usage of 294 average homes.
▶ MOSAIC is avoiding the annual
production of an estimated 4,600
tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
This is equivalent to taking over
350 cars off the road for a year.
▶ Through participation in
reforestation programs, MOSAIC
is responsible for the planting of
2.6 acres of trees per year.
▶ MOSAIC has been a member of
the EPA Green Power Leadership
Club since 2007.
