Selling                  Service Management Software Solutions – the software covers all areas of the
                         service arena, from warranty repair, field repair, contracts, scheduling, complex
                         stock management, procurement, sales orders and accounts. The success of the
                         software streamlines business process and re-engineer business process to the
                         customers advantage, the product is a web based solution and exceptionally
                         scalable. The sales cycle is between 12 to 24 months on average, the software is sold
                         with development and consultancy, accompanied with the software is a complex and
                         detailed implementation methodology.

Selling to               The SME market, companies range of from small businesses to large corporations,
                         B2B selling. There has been no segmentation geographically or market, I’ve been
                         selling to the whole of Europe, predominantly UK based. Throughout the duration of

                         Ongoing development and support of various sites of up to 500 users in various rolls,
                         customer facing analysis/implementation planning, full support from admin to

                         involved with development/design of a Service Management And Repair Tracking

BASIC, ACCESS, MSDOS, software tools including FTP software and SFTP, telnet and samba. Also a keen and
quick learner of new applications and languages.

As a person I am a very competitive character and thrive on being involved with successful teams, and strive for
