may be unethical in another country. Also, MNEs are viewed with suspicion by NGOs & others
as they think that are more likely to do unethical thing.
3. Corporate Social Responsibility-In some cointries this has become essential. While in many
countries, there is no mention of it However, MNEs should invest in it as it generate goodwill,
good media for the firm.
4. Relationship & Trust-MNEs need to have good relationship with adminstration & general
public to create a viable environment for itself to work in that country..
