India Satcom Ltd. Formerly known as ITI Equatorial Satcom Ltd., an ISO 9001 company
is involved in the manufacture / Installation / Maintenance of CDMA VSATs in
Technical collaboration with M/s Equatorial Pacific Corporation-Netherlands. Over the
years it has added various Communication Equipment to its range of products such as
TDMA VSAT Networks, DAMA Networks, INMARSAT & Mobile Radio Trunking Service
also Repairing all C-DOT /SMPS/OFC Cards of BSNL.

Project Management: :
 Functioning as overall in-charge of projects in the New Business Opportunities Group.

   Coordinating activities right from the conceptualisation stage to the execution; involving procurement, vendor
    management, scheduling, progress monitoring, etc,
                                        monitoring etc


   Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to accurately report progress of the
    project to the stakeholders and end user clients.

   Developing tender documents and participating in tenders.



   Maintaining coordination with Finance, HR, Company Secretarial and client for effective execution of project.

   Coordinating with vendors & client for approval of technical documents / commercial documents.


   Working in close relation with Repair Partners for repair of VSATs and CDOT Exchanges.

    suitable solutions, submitting the quotations and obtaining the PO from the customer.
   Strengthening vendor source; finalizing purchase orders, schedules and follow up with vendors for supply of

    components; negotiating with vendors for price & various other terms & conditions.

Business Development:    :
 Devising effective strategies with a view to achieve top line and bottom line profitability of the organisation.
 Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets
   with a view to optimize revenue.
 Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth. Forecasting and planning
   monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
 Managing complete sales operations with accountability for profitability. Strategising the long term business
   directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objectives.
 Identifying market opportunities, developing business cases and offering successful product/services.
 Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and
   service quality norms.
