Report directly to Plant HR Manager and serve as a liaison for 250+ union employees. Manage a broad range of HR functions
including payroll processing, employee benefits/401(k)/FMLA/LOA, and employee screening/hiring/orientation.
               Perform HR manager functions and responsibilities regularly
               Prepare and represent the company for fact finding interviews and appeal hearings
               Integrated new recruiting, benefit, and payroll systems simultaneously while ensuring completion of tasks and
               paperwork was timely and accurate
               Prepare job bids and assist in determining job bid winners; ensure job descriptions accurately depict bid
               Assist with investigations, conduct and issue disciplines according to company policy
               Present promotions/demotions/transfers to employees
               Handle employee performance evaluations and increases
               Cross-trained new and existing staff in all aspects of HR as well as travel to other facilities to assist and train
               new team members
               Manage staffing needs by evaluating vacancies amongst plant departments/shifts and attend career fairs in

               Maintain and update all required legal postings in facility
               Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly E Time, Virtual Edge, HRP, HRA reports and audit for accuracy
               Process all new-hire, benefits, leave, termination, and payroll paperwork ensuring 100 percent compliance with
               the company contract and other various laws
