Project planning is the process that defines the project

describes how the activities will be accomplished. The
purpose of project planning is to define each major
task, estimate the time and resources required, and
provide a framework for management review and
control.

Measurement for payment of drilling holes in any
material will be made per linear metre actually drilled
and when specified per hole drilled for setting up the
drilling machine, shifting it from one borehole to
another, within the site limits, including erection,
dismantling and linking with energy and water sources.
No measurement is made for re-drilling when grouting is
carried-out by progress procedure.

All boreholes stopped due to fault of the Contractor
before reaching the depth required by the Engineer will
not be considered for payment.

Measurement for payment of water tests will be the
number of water tests satisfactorily carried-out in 5 m
sections or smaller than 5 m at the Engineer's request.
Measurement for drainage hole will be made on the
same basis as drilling.
Measurement of grouting work will be made per hole
drilled; when specified for handling and setting up the
grouting equipment and the removal of the same per
section grouted, and per kilo of dry material actually
injected.
