Description:
• The Integrated Customer Services (ICS) platform is designed to deliver a set of
composite data services that will be made available to business applications across the

(CDI) from Initiate Systems which will perform the search, match and storage of
customer information (i.e. – name, address, email, phone, etc.). The second
component is the peripheral data services that will store and associate Peripherals
data (i.e. - preferences, interactions, campaigns, etc.) to customer records.
• The custom Composite and Foundational data services to manage peripheral customer
data (i.e. – preferences, interactions, campaigns, documents, etc.) will be delivered
using a Service Oriented Architecture approach. The services will be developed
with the TIBCO enterprise integration platform.
