Getting to grips with confidence is critical – you are not confident….. I am not confident, non of us are. Confidence is not a constant, we need to manufacture it and sometimes we have more than other days. But where does it start from? Our beliefs about ourself.
Life is overwhelming – that is a fact. Particularly if you are a woman who is juggling family, work or being a career, many women spend a large proportion of their life feeling guilty that they are not being good at anything and not being a good worker, good partner or good mother. If we set our own expectations too high this will happen. So we have to get great at prioritising
