- The EP diagram is drawn inorder to build new careers.Nowadays people are always on a job hunt.Even though they are working, they always keep their eyes wide for new oppurtunities.There are many job related sites which keep posting ads for new openings.Such sites are always on hunt for employees who are skilled, experienced and dedicated.Experience play a key role in selection process.Nowadays, its really difficult to find experienced proffessionals for top management.Experiencedproffessionals seldom prefer looking out for new jobs.As the rules and regulations differ in each company, it is really difficult to jump from one to another in top management.Thefreshers or people with less experience try to have experience in multiple domains so as to have a broader platform to work on.Gone are the days, when people craved for government jobs.They used to go on time and back on time.No performance based hike was there.People used to come, do their job and return.They have never worried about their career growth.There were constant hike in salary every year.They were happy and satisfied with it and never wanted more.But now, it is totally a different scenario.We can see people running after jobs and aiming at luxurious life.Its really difficult to get jobs which gives mental satisfaction.As people are after money, it is a never ending craze.They aim to earn more and more.While searching for jobs, it should be taken care that we get a job based on a skill set.After placed in a compnay with appropriate skill set, it is easier to build career in the right direction.Though getting such a job is very rare, but once we are satisfied with the job, the career goals can be easily achieved.The decision of changing the job should never be done in a hurry.It is good to do some homework befor interviewing about the company.Putting up resumes in the job portals is an efficient way of searching jobs.
