3. ICP Media
My research on ICP Media proved that they were a very experienced
company and have done well for many years.
ICP Media have published music magazines before, such as NME. However
this genre of magazine being mixed so may clash with the artists and tone
of THUNK. Although, NME is well established in modern days magazine
listings and shows their is room in the market for an upcoming publication.
I feel ICP would do well at creating an audience for the magazine, and making
sure it hits the right kinds of people.

4. BAUER Media
I feel it would be a good idea to choose Bauer Media to publish my magazine.
The main reason is due to the fact it has the most experience with music
magazines – meaning it will automatically attract the right customers.
Bauer have produced the likes of Mojo, Kerrang and Q. Just from this point, I
feel it has a big advantage as not only does it create an loyal audience
base, it keeps them for many years. Moreover, it shows there is a gap in
the market for my particular magazine as it has not yet got a new urban
updated Hip-Hop style publication, therefore guaranteeing consumers and
profit.
After doing research and planning on publishers already, I know Bauer is
extremely popular and reliable - so this is why I pick to publish my
magazine THUNK.
