ANNOTATION: I made adjustments on communicating the
learners who needs intervention activities . I used social media
such as messenger , phone calls and SMS to reach out those
identified learners who are at risk and have academic issues.

ANNOTATION: As part of the monitoring of learners who needs
academic attention, I gave abrupt follow-up on their status and
set examples for them to figure out the activity easier.

ANNOTATION: The WHLP that I composed targets the learners
activity only and has a lot of learning activities that require the
learners to comply in just a week. I feel worried that the
students are loaded with activities.

created is simple and that time I’m still looking for additional

ANNOTATION: The lesson plan was made during the second
quarter, I used the semi-detailed DLL for my classroom
observation 1, I emphasis the LC based on MELCs and used the
sub-tasking of LC that I learned on the LDM 2 first phase.
ANNOTATION: I cited learning task in the Procedure part that
fits to the school selected learning modality and used teaching
strategies and activities based on learners distance learning
modality.

ANNOTATION: I prepared short assessment in a form of
question and paper pencil test kind of formative assessment. I
cited real life questions and experiences for additional insights.

ANNOTATION: I came to embrace the gist of the concept of
collaboration by the subject teachers in preparing the WHLP to
come up with a smooth flow of learning activities to the
learners.

ANNOTATION: I arranged the learning activities based on
learners aptitude and considering their learning modality. I
searched for different online links to gather learning modules
and used them as resources or references.

learners output , time and give follow-up so that the flow of

ANNOTATION: I used Google meet in teaching my subject, I
used this mobile application for my online class because this
app works well in share screen presentation of my prepared
powerpoint.
ANNOTATION: The Google application for my online class serves
as a great venue for collaboration wherein learners can raise
their voice to ask question and share their opinion that engage
interactive virtual classroom.

ANNOTATION: The virtual classroom is good but sometimes the
connection has a problem. The presented lesson was post
through a share screen and every learner can viewed the it with
my voice giving learning instructions.

learning competency and the pre-test, each learner viewed the
image in their gadgets.

ANNOTATION: Using the Xrecorder mobile application I present
the target learning outputs using recorded video as their guide,
this strategy is effective because in case the learners forgot the
learning instruction they can replay the video.
ANNOTATION: The technology application that I am using
depends on the school selected learning modality, the class who
is under the offline Digital distance learning needs a recorded
video as their guide.

ANNOTATION: Through media application I presented my
prepared and modified formative assessment using short quiz,
each learners can view the quiz and free to raise their questions.

class. Its easy to conduct classes and this learning resources
makes me comfortable to facilitate learning.

ANNOTATION: I gave assistance to the learners during the
distribution of modules, there is a set schedule in the school to
manage crowd and assure that safety protocol is followed
strictly.

prefer this type of learning modality, I created a link and send
on our GC, this learning resources made me confuse at first but
as I used it regularly its easy to operate..

ANNOTATION: I used the Messenger Group Chat to disseminate
learning instructions in each Class that I handled. The learning
modules was converted to image type for easy distribution.
ANNOTATION: I posted the learning modules and guide the
learners a brief instruction and remind them about the target
task they need to finish on a certain time.

professional development target, I applied the insights that I
have learned in the INSET Training especially the online
applications that I can applied and utilized in teaching distance

ANNOTATION: I attended a Webinar about Disaster Risk
Reduction Management that tackles preparedness. This Virtual
seminar contributes to my Professional Development goals.

bec. it focus as an ancillary service but it can contribute to build

LDM Artifacts
The New Normal teaching for this academic year
offers a lot of opportunity and brought change that
requires the educators to advance their knowledge
especially in using technology in teaching.
The LDM course that we took up concluded the
significant role of technology and ICT in the field of
education, it also open door of opportunities of learning
deeper in making WHLP, sub-tasking of learning
competency and localizing our LC.
The LDM course helps me as an educator to
understand also the DepEd framework of the different
learning modalities. Though the pandemic affected some
DepEd’s important academic and curricular activities,
interleaving practice has been established to meet the
target goals and set standard of teaching.
The Philippine Professional Standard for Teachers
(PPST) has been a strong pillar for us teachers to guide us
and boost our full potencial and fully understand our own
purpose as what God truly designed for us, serving our
community and serving the nation.

ANNOTATION: I took a screenshot of a virtual FB live session
about Mental Health. This virtual INSET concluded an
informative knowledge how to handle learners and give
assistance so they may adopt easily the New Normal type of
learning.

school as best practices, instead of a dropped box, the school
provided a mini open Cabinet to drop the modules of the

dropping the learning modules of their child. I also checked the
outputs of the learners if it is complete for an immediate

ANNOTATION: We conducted a short conference in the school
before the retrieval and distribution of modules to update the
parents on the significant DepEd mandates and light changes
of schedule due to unexpected circumstances.
ANNOTATION: Aside from dropped boxes, we used to arrange
the learning modules by names of learners and the parents will
going to pick up outside the classroom of course following the
social distancing and wearing of facemask and face shield.

Individual Learning Monitoring Plans PPST Strand: 3.1 - Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences ANNOTATION: I made adjustments on communicating the learners who needs intervention activities . I used social media such as messenger , phone calls and SMS to reach out those identified learners who are at risk and have academic issues. Individual Learning Monitoring Plans PPST Strand: 3.1 - Learners’ gender, needs, strengths, interests and experiences ANNOTATION: I gave learning activities based on MELCs and the least mastered competency that in align with the learners needs and aptitudes.

ANNOTATION: Interleaving practice was applied to learners who needs attention in their academic studies, such alternative is to connect to the parents to check the learners diverse background.

I feel worried that the students are loaded with activities. ANNOTATION: The 1st Quarter WHLP in AP 7 subject that I created is simple and that time I’m still looking for additional concepts to add.

ANNOTATION: I cited learning task in the Procedure part that fits to the school selected learning modality and used teaching strategies and activities based on learners distance learning modality.

I cited real life questions and experiences for additional insights. ANNOTATION: I included a localized materials in my semi- detailed DLL in order for the learners to gather materials easily that within the community and a way to appreciate their own town.

The New Normal teaching for this academic year offers a lot of opportunity and brought change that requires the educators to advance their knowledge especially in using technology in teaching. The LDM course that we took up concluded the significant role of technology and ICT in the field of education, it also open door of opportunities of learning deeper in making WHLP, sub-tasking of learning competency and localizing our LC. The LDM course helps me as an educator to understand also the DepEd framework of the different learning modalities. Though the pandemic affected some DepEd’s important academic and curricular activities, interleaving practice has been established to meet the target goals and set standard of teaching.
