ANNOTATION:
-Giving feedback to the learners is a great manifestation of learners’ progress within the week, quarter until the completion of the
grade. During LAC sessions, I always encouraged my co-teachers to go back to their list of targeted interventions either they achieved it
or not, thus they could plan further the instructional assistance they could do to their pupils especially those pupils who were having
difficulty in learning. Moreover, this would pave a way to assure that learners could still learn while adopting this kind of trend and
embracing the type of learning experience they had.

ANNOTATION
-One of the most important ways in providing technical assistance is through classroom observation where teacher’s weaknesses
are being strengthened and improved to address the diverse needs of the learners. As LAC leader, it is my responsibility to guide the
teachers emphasizing on how to properly select, organize, develop and use varied learning resources during the teaching-learning
process. Thus teaching presents ample opportunities for the learners and provides all the possible resources to make the teaching-
learning experience meaningful and relevant.

ANNOTATION
-. Home learning shouldn’t be limited to modular learning, that’s why teachers are now creating video lessons or any as it calls the
use of ICTs. As a LAC leader, there are many ways that I can be of help to my co-teachers by providing technical assistance that
focuses on every possible area in which they may struggle. Those resources include downloaded videos, websites essential to the
teachers that can provide multiple strategies for their improvement. After giving them time to look through the materials, I did some
follow-ups and had constructive conversations as to how they are going to plan and apply in the type of learning modality

-A lesson prepared by my co-teacher Grade 5 Science. Before the delivery of the lesson, technical assistance was done. The
teacher was able to carefully planned of what to do in every part of the lesson. The teacher showed mastery in the delivery of the
lesson. There was ICT integration, where relevant videos and colorful pictures were shown. The goals of the lesson were achieved.
After the lesson demonstration post-conference happened.

-The MOVs have shown teachers‘ professed involvement in various school activities from planning and brainstorming of the LCPIR,
active participation in every SLAC, giving technical assistance especially in making feedback and suitable interventions needed by the
pupils up to high participation during Webinars. Strong linkages of MCES teachers were functional and evident.

ANNOTATION
-To be involved in this kind of trend, where teachers need to be updated in their respective services. It is a must for us teachers to be
well versed with this kind of platform because of the current situation we are facing nowadays. I can still perform my duties through this
kind of platform, thus the continuity of the learning of the pupils will not be compromised. Moreover, this could also be a great help on
my part in giving technical assistance to my co-teachers.

ANNOTATION
-The MOVs have shown teachers‘ adept engagements with the service. Linkages of colleagues professionally can be seen in these
MOVs from the mapping of the essential and desirable learning competencies, analyzing the interconnectedness among the learning
competencies for each subject area, making of attainable SLMs, Activity sheets, identifying and targeting suitable interventions, to giving
constructive feedback to the learners. Enhancing teachers’ innate teaching prowess was also shown in this MOV.

ANNOTATION
-To keep abreast of the new trend of improving my professional growth, I participated in different trainings through webinars initiated
by our Department for us teachers to be updated with the different platforms and how these platforms would help us for the betterment
of our services. Although I had various issues met along the way especially with the internet connections were not stable but I was able
to keep myself up-to-date and well versed with the training.

ANNOTATION
-While face to face type of learning is highly discouraged in this time of the pandemic, the strong partnership of the MCES teachers
and the stakeholders continues. Constant communication was observed in terms of reporting learners’ progress as well as giving timely
and constructive feedback to the pupils and parents. The MOVs have shown that stakeholders had a higher engagement of parents’
participation in the learning process of their children.

  • 6. 6 Name of Artifact: MOV on providing TA to colleagues about giving feedback to learners PPST Strand: 5.3 Feedback to improve learning ANNOTATION: -Giving feedback to the learners is a great manifestation of learners’ progress within the week, quarter until the completion of the grade. During LAC sessions, I always encouraged my co-teachers to go back to their list of targeted interventions either they achieved it or not, thus they could plan further the instructional assistance they could do to their pupils especially those pupils who were having difficulty in learning. Moreover, this would pave a way to assure that learners could still learn while adopting this kind of trend and embracing the type of learning experience they had.

  • 9. 9 ANNOTATION -One of the most important ways in providing technical assistance is through classroom observation where teacher’s weaknesses are being strengthened and improved to address the diverse needs of the learners. As LAC leader, it is my responsibility to guide the teachers emphasizing on how to properly select, organize, develop and use varied learning resources during the teaching-learning process. Thus teaching presents ample opportunities for the learners and provides all the possible resources to make the teaching- learning experience meaningful and relevant. As a LAC leader, there are many ways that I can be of help to my co-teachers by providing technical assistance that focuses on every possible area in which they may struggle. Those resources include downloaded videos, websites essential to the teachers that can provide multiple strategies for their improvement. Linkages of colleagues professionally can be seen in these MOVs from the mapping of the essential and desirable learning competencies, analyzing the interconnectedness among the learning competencies for each subject area, making of attainable SLMs, Activity sheets, identifying and targeting suitable interventions, to giving constructive feedback to the learners.
