1. This is the studio we filmed in at Falmouth University. As the uni is renown for its
photography and arts courses it had a number of large studios all equipt with very
good lighting facilities and other equipment needed to produce a good film. As our
actress attends the uni and does a photography course there, she knew how to work
all the equipment which was very useful when first setting up.
2. We planned before filming for our lighting to be green
contrasting with red. We used coloured gels over the
lights to create this.
3. By changing the light strength I could create different shadows and
change the amount of each colour projected onto Grace. I tried a few
different combinations until I found one which I thought looked best.
4. The studio was fitted with speakers and tv, I used this to play the song
and show the lyrics to Grace. Having the song playing whilst filming
ensured the lip syncing was accurate.
