individualwillbeabletoidenfyandnurturenewprofitable
markets,iniangplanstodelivermyclientsrangeofproducts

theSalesDirectorwillcombinestrongpersonalvalueswith
outstandingbusinessacumen,leadingtherealisaonofthe
strategicrevenueandcustomergrowthplans.

CandidatesCandidateswillhailfromanengineeringbackground,andhavea

willhaveworkedtothehighestqualityanddeliverystandards.
Degreeeducatedorequivalentinanengineeringsubject,
candidatesmustbeascomfortableontheshopfloorastheyare
intheBoardroom.Askilledrelaonshipbuilder,outstanding
influencingskills,buildingeffecvepartnershipsinternallyand
externallyalikewillbesecondnature.Peopleandcultureareat
