Agent for Process of Service
The person designated by a business entity, such as a corporation, to receive legal
correspondence on behalf of the business entity within the state which the agent's
address is located. The person may be an officer of the corporation or a third party. Also

Hourly rates are billable in minimum 15-minute increments
$120.00*: TIER ONE: CORPORATE $1 Million or more per year revenue)
$60.00*: TIER TWO: COMMERCIAL (less than $1 Million per year revenue)
$30.00*: TIER THREE: CHURCH & COMMUNITY BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS
