This research explore the hypothesis that overseas students today prefer branded smartphone because they have a positive perceptions towards their
quality and are brand loyal rather than creating self–image. The study was conducted among 50 overseas students, form different nationality, which

Overseas with the Norwalk Virus The Norwalk virus is part of a group called the Noroviruses and caliciruses. It is known to cause gastroenteritis,
infection within food, food poisoning, and even the short lived nonbacterial gastroenteritis. It can spread from contaminated water and infected foods.
It can even spread anywhere, even on a cruise ship. A pleasant vacation may have some passengers choosing to jump ship, if the Norwalk virus is a
passenger on board.
The virus has received its name from its birth in Norwalk Ohio. It was responsible for a short term outbreak of gastroenteritis occurring in the students
of Bronson elementary school in November of 1968. It wasn't until 1972 the virus was examined and received its name as the Norwalk virus. Since
its known birth, there have been many outbreaks with similar symptoms reported. It is believed the virus may belong to the family Caliciviridae. The
Norwalk virus is actually part of a group of single–stranded RNA, non–enveloped viruses. Once a person is infected with the virus it begins to copy
itself within small intestines. The symptoms would develop between 12 and 48 hours and tend to last 1–3 days.
In reality, the viruses from the Caliciviridae cause nearly 18% of all the short term gastroenteritis cases worldwide. The Norwalk virus is responsible
for the small scale outbreaks that occur on cruise ships. Unfortunately, people who have been infected by the virus can spread it directly to other people

There continues to be a rise of organizations from the United States and other developing countries who are moving production overseas to developing
countries. At the outset the advantages of moving production overseas may seem obvious, multinational companies can capitalize on the competitive
advantage these countries offer in the form of inexpensive labor. However, this cost reduction can come at a high cost as different cultures may not
place a high value on the safety and wellbeing of their employees as companies due in developed countries, such as the United States.

The job growth of Multimedia Artists and Animators is growing at a very slow rate, due to the animation companies and studios hiring artists and

(Crosby). Also, another reason why the animation studios and companies are hiring overseas animators could possibly be the fact that "56.9% of
animators [are] self–employed" (Collegefortn.org). By animators adapting to this effective solution, American self–employed animators, who want to
begin their animation companies and studios, can come into collaboration with aspiring animators, employing teams of fellow animators. This would
bring more jobs and opportunities to American animators. And lastly, the reason why overseas animators are hired by American animation studios and
companies, is due to the fact that in the past decades animation studios have been sending unfinished animation work to overseas animators to
complete. As said by Tom Crosby, in an article of "How Stuff Works" titled "How Outscoring Works", "This isn't a new trend. It started decades ago
when Hollywood studios began sending pre–production work to lowered–priced, where the work was polished and completed." Once the independent
animators establish their own businesses and collaborate with their fellow aspiring animators, who embrace this effective solution, there wouldn't be
any unfinished artwork to send to overseas animators. Since all of the artwork would be completed on due time, by the animators of the companies,
there would not be any uncompleted or discarded artwork to send to overseas animators. This would bring about a faster pace in the job growth rate of
