Introduction: I am Scott Bell, CTO and Co-Founder of Alianza: Alianza started as a VoIP Service Provider focusing on businesses in Mexico. We built our own platform complete with Softswitch, Media Servers, Billing, Auto-Provisioning, customer facing web portals as well as Back Office web portals complete with a case management system.
