Description TCS employee gets promotion by using this module. Any
appraiser can initiate the promotion process for the
associate under him. After initiation there are several
approvals from the senior member.
Employee can track his promotion status using track work
flow functionality.

Project 2 Ultimatix Global SPEED – iConnect Module
Description iConnect is a module where any TCS employee can raise a
request for discussion with senior member in different
category like :- Work life balance, Project release, Career
discussion etc.
Senior member acts as a Mentor to the associate and
provide Individual development Plan ( mentor feedback) to
employee after the discussion.
Action points are assigned to the associate by the mentor.
The iConnect process is closed once all the action points
are completed by the associate.

Description All TCS employees have been evaluated in each Appraisal
Cycle using this module.
Associates are evaluated twice in a year on the basis of goals
set by their appraiser.
After the evaluation appraiser provide rating to the associates
under him.
On the basis of rating provided ,performance band is released
for that associate.

Example- If any associates is working as a pl/sql developer
then his competency level should be E2 level ( expertise for
that role)
