disbursing the funds until the loan is fully paid off. Loan origination is a specialized version of new account opening

Introduction
With the advent of System technology, it is now feasible to provide effective and efficient help desk service
over the local or Internet to meet customers' requirements and satisfaction. In this research, we have
designed and developed a Desktop & Web-based intelligent help desk support environment, DOCKET, to
support the customer service center of a large multinational corporation. This paper describes the basic
architecture of the environment that supports the major functions of environmental issues. As a Result,
DOCKET helps to save cost in eliminating the expensive overseas telephone charges, reduction in machine
down time and number of on-site visits by service engineers as in traditional help desk environment.
 Docket Mechanism
Docket designed to maintain quick response on daily issues. Docket delivers a scalable, secure, and reliable
Tracking and reporting on the daily bugs/issues. A graphical user interface (GUI) along with an application
Programming interface (API), which will allow interacting with the data. A keyboard and a mouse are required
for
Inputting data.
There are only three categories defined for users.



The mechanism starts when guest users generate tickets. After tickets creation tickets falls on manger user’s
grid for approval after approval third and last step is pending till the admin/approver user closed the
said approved ticking by approving it. Two more categories for tickets are Discard and Discussions. Discard
function use for closing any approved ticket or it can be used for thrust aside. Discussion is as simple as is

Business Interaction Support Application (BISA) is developed on Oracle Forms 11g Fusion Middleware. The
interface can help support team to generate fast and quick resolution of Live Core Banking Application’s
bugs/errors. In simple quotation, BISA design to measure productivity and to perform business functions
accurately.
 Scope/Vision
Business Interaction Support Application’s (BISA) graphical user interface (GUI) is designed for developing quick
resolution on CBAs bugs/errors, so that client side can produce more business productivity in quick and smart way.
Through BISA Interface, no more need to run lengthy queries or develop huge PL/SQL Block on Live DB SQL
Command window session. No more need to hire an Oracle Certified Professional. Every single BISA module is
developed after severely research and close exertion on some of CBAs issues.
 Running Mode
BISA is built based on the requirements from the end users of CBAs suffering bugs on daily basis. BISA run flawlessly until there
are no new business requirements or there is no change in underlying Business transactions. Also, the BISA run flawlessly if
there are no issues with BISA APPLICATION SERVER hardware, network (Internet/intranet), disks, power supply, and various
software components (middleware, database, computer programs, etc.). Business Interaction Support Application (BISA) is
developed on Oracle Forms 11g Fusion Middleware and run efficiently on WEBLOGIC server. For first ride on client side, some
of WEBLOGIC services are trigger one time on WEBLOGIC server. BISA interface can load as browser based application or as
desktop based application on client machine with Java Runtime Environment. No other plugins required for BISA, all
configurations are fixed on time of deployment.

On time of CBAs issue’s support, support officer used live connection on live database with huge quantities of SQL
Queries and PL/SQL program block to resolve daily basis issues. During resolution user may face human errors like
wrong entry of data, multiple times paste of a copy item through mails or typing error, also user may run wrong
ordering of SQL queries or PL/SQL Block which may cause another issue in an existing issue. Business Interaction
Support Application (BISA) tracks the error accurately and performs proper ordering of defined programs for the

Business Interaction Support Application (BISA) traces every single step of connected user and logs it on BISA
server in the form of “.bisa” log tracing text file. At the time of user login BISA create “.bisa” log tracing text file,
formatted name like “yearmmdd_<userid>” (e.g. 20131109_HASAN). “.bisa” log tracing text file create one time on
BISA server for single user on daily basis. BISA traces every committed resolution’s last query and append it into
created “.bisa” file which can be useful auditing.

Totally Social Networking & Online Examine Database System is designed to fulfill the need of the

In this research, we have designed and developed a Desktop & Web-based intelligent help desk support environment, DOCKET, to support the customer service center of a large multinational corporation. This paper describes the basic architecture of the environment that supports the major functions of environmental issues. As a Result, DOCKET helps to save cost in eliminating the expensive overseas telephone charges, reduction in machine down time and number of on-site visits by service engineers as in traditional help desk environment.  Docket Mechanism Docket designed to maintain quick response on daily issues. Docket delivers a scalable, secure, and reliable Tracking and reporting on the daily bugs/issues. A graphical user interface (GUI) along with an application Programming interface (API), which will allow interacting with the data. A keyboard and a mouse are required for Inputting data. There are only three categories defined for users.    The mechanism starts when guest users generate tickets. After tickets creation tickets falls on manger user’s grid for approval after approval third and last step is pending till the admin/approver user closed the said approved ticking by approving it. Two more categories for tickets are Discard and Discussions. Discard function use for closing any approved ticket or it can be used for thrust aside.
