
 Program Management
o Program Management is end to end automation of program execution using
Sencha platform.
o It leverages the idea of Task Management to break down program execution into
tasks which have Actors, Approvers and hence end to end tracking.
o This application provides the location of site to end user on google maps, where
end users have to perform survey and feed the data into the application.
o Application provides offline support so once user will come online application get
sync with the server and report will get generated. This report will be available to
manager once survey is over.
 Task Management
o The application involves End to End tracking of a Project using “Tasks”.
o Tasks can be created using Sencha Web App and assigned to the Actors who are
required to act on the same, and report the progress and update the same into
system.
o End user will be assigned task on Sencha Mobile App.
